I recently started doing my nails at home, and this Jodsone nail kit has been such a great investment! It comes with everything you need to get started, which makes it perfect for beginners like me. The gel polishes are very pigmented and easy to apply. I love how smooth they go on, and they don’t feel too thick or messy. The colors are beautiful and actually look just like the pictures. The lamp works really well and cures the polish quickly. My nails last over a week without chipping, which honestly surprised me! What I like the most is how convenient it is to have everything in one kit. It saved me money from going to the salon, and I can do my nails anytime at home. The only thing I would recommend is taking your time to learn the process if you’re new, but once you get the hang of it, it’s super easy. Overall, I definitely recommend this kit if you want salon-like nails at home!

These were the easiest gel polish that I’ve put on my hands in a very long time. They didn’t stink or burn and yeah, the bottles are small, but there is a lot of liquid in there so I could see them lasting a very long time because you also are supposed to be putting thin layers anyways. I love the colors. When you take your time, the application is smooth and if you prepare correctly, they last pretty well. This is after a week that I’ve painted them real quickly with a half prep and they still look good. I also do lashes and got a little bit of lash glue on my Pinky but they still don’t look real bad and they haven’t chipped. I’m very rough with my hands constantly in oil and water so nail sets are either press on or no nails or dip and tip, but I can use these gel polishes as many times as I need and I’m pretty satisfied with that.

Honestly, really great gel kit! I’ve decided to take a break from going to the nail salon because of how expensive it’s getting and this is saving me so much money. This is a solid starter kit if you want to do gel nails at home. It comes with a good range of colors plus base, top coats, and tools. The UV lamp works well and cures polish evenly. How to use: Prep nails by filing and buffing. Apply base coat and cure under the lamp. Add thin layers of color, curing each layer. Finish with top coat and cure again. Thin layers are key. If you go too thick, it won’t cure properly. Great value for getting started.
