I have not used all of the colors yet but thus far I'm very happy! I've not dabbled in gel polish, as I've not had the patience but this is fast, easy, and so far strong. I'm rough on my hands, currently working for fedex, and have done mechanical work with my car since I put it on earlier this week, and it's still holding strong. The top coat is still shiny, no chipping either. I will admit there is slight cracking in ONE nail out of 10. What I did not expect however is the bottles were smaller than a regular nail polish you'd get at a Walmart or something. I may have over looked that though when looking at the detailed descriptions. The pictures I have posted, one is the darker pink color(I don't have the numbers infront of me) with the pink sparkle on top, both one coat each, and the 3rd picture is just the pink sparkle. I did not get a beetles lamp/UV light, this one bellow is cheaper and works very well. Highly recommend! I typically buy Sensationail brand gel polishes since I have the Sensationail starter kit with LED light, however they are much more expensive (about $9 per bottle vs about $1 per bottle, granted these bottles are smaller but I don't mind) and I wanted to try a different brand to save money. PROS - * I got the Pastel Paradise set. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cute packacking and the awesome caddy the polishes come in. All the colors were labeled with a color sticker on top which is very convenient. * The bottles are the same size as the smaller Sensational polishes so I didn't think they were too small, especially for the price. They're barely more than $1 each ... * I got full coverage with 2 coats of color. With Sensationail I always have to do 3 coats. * Because the polish is so thick, it doesn't pull away at the tips of your nails and has a very evenly opaque application. * I was able to get a nice looking mani pedi by following the provided instructions. However, 2 steps I didn't see listed that I always follow are to wipe your nails with a lint free cloth and alcohol to clean them after buffing and shaping them, and then use a gel primer on each nail. So I added these steps. CONS - * The polish is so thick. It feels goopy, kind of like regular polish that is getting dried out. That makes it difficult to apply thin coats and also difficult to apply it neatly without going on your skin. Sensationail polish is much thinner and easier to apply. * The colors in the product description and the color on the top of the bottle do not match the actual color of the polish. As you can see from my photos, my nails are a slightly different color than the bottle. Also the colors in the description seem much brighter than in real life. However they are still very pretty shades. I just used this polish for the first time today so I can't speak to how long it lasts, however it seems very durable so far. Overall I really like this set and would recommend it. You cannot beat the price for so many beautiful colors. ----- UPDATE after 1 week of wear - the polish chipped much more easily than Sensational brand and I only got 1 week of use versus the 2 weeks I expect from a gel polish. I'm going to try again with a set of firmer, smaller tipped nail art brushes I bought for this purpose. I think the problem was the large brushes that come with these bottles do not allow you to get the corners and tips of the nails well enough & also don't allow you to apply a thin coat. I think this will be much more successful and will update again if I have any issues. ... show more

I purchased the Color: 0-0-20 Colors Mermaid Mantra. I was very pleased with this set. I have purchased beetles polish before and it always last a long time and applies easily. I was so excited that this also came with a sheet of nail stickers, the glitters, and three styling brushes! I can have a beautiful manicure on acrylics or natural nails that lasts approx. 2 weeks. I thought The bottles of Polish would be larger - that was disappointing. In the end, though, that falls on me. They’re little bitty ones. I’m by no means a pro but I used to do my nails back in the day And did well enough others asked me to do theirs. These pop off (tried smaller tips, less glue, more glue, drying hands longer after cleaning with alcohol etc. ) they just haven’t stayed on well. The Polish - is about all that comes in the kit - I luckily bought both kits. 1 with tips And the other one with basically just polish, little single finger light with a couple tools. As far as the polishes. The colors were pretty enough. New colors to try that I’ve never worn before and some others very similar to my favorite go-to’s. Overall - it was ok. TikTok made me buy it on Amazon - like they say. And like I said - it’s ok. Just not what i expected exactly And is not ALL in the individual kit like I thought. That falls on me too. Note That polishes are small. Some are goopy but most are perfect for polishing. The colors weren’t too sheer though - they didn’t need several coats so they should last thru several polishes per color, I think. Mostly, I was just surprised bc of size. That’s on me- The light works well for curing. It really is a powerful little thing! I recommend 1 nail at a time. That’s all it can do anyway - note - It’s challenging to keep the nail down to get under light at first - but use the opposite hand to gently keep the tip flush to your nail. Sometimes - I cure it again if feels like it will lift or is still loose- the layers are lightly sticky between each And I think that’s normal ( again, not a professional). It takes a while starting up but the 3rd x I replaced a few of the broken nails, they were easier to apply. Overall - it’s a good product. Most of the issues are user error, I’m sure. But, I wanted to give my opinion And I hope some detail helps you. There are a TON of options and it was Overwhelming to decide (for me). Thanks TikTok for hopefully saving money in the long run. I used to pay a lot more every 2 weeks to go to the salon. This was a good quality, And quantity for The cost. Overall, durable I think too. Again, probably user error.
