Sauna Blanket worked very well to create a “sauna like” experience on your couch or chair or bed. With temp settings of 113, 122, 131, 140, 149, 158, 167, & 176 and timers of 30 - 60 with intervals of 5 minutes you have enough variables to keep it interesting. The highest heat settings are very warm and were rarely used but sometimes i would do a quick heat spike and then back off after 5 minutes. Great tool for heat training, muscle recovery and relaxation. Plain black color and a nice carrying bag make it portable and blend in l. I am 5’11” but I would say not ideal fit for anyone much taller if you want to be fully zipped up. I would sometimes leave it unzipped and keep feet and most of legs out and would allow myself to lie further inside the blanket getting my head covered as well. In this use I could see someone close to 7 feet tall being able to use this no problem. Very easy to use controls.

I have used this a handful of times. I will use it more once summer is officially over in Houston. My favorite part of going to the gym was for the sauna. So happy I can detox at home and hit the shower afterwards. I use my disinfectant wipes to clean the mat and allow to air dry. I think it’s an excellent tool to have when I feel the slightest bit of illness coming on. I have not experienced any issues with the zipper. I make sure I have on a T-shirt lounge, pants, and sock. Afterwards, clothes are soaked and go directly in the wash. If I happen to fall asleep, it’s reassuring that this unit has a timer and will automatically shut off.

Ok it’s like have a heated blanket that surrounds all your body parts at the same time!!! You feel it at the front and back from head to toe. Feet and ankles, Low back pain gets heated!!!, hamstring, front of thighs, both knees and hips. Ribs, shoulders, neck bones too. And if you leave your hands inside by your sides it will heat them from finger tip to shoulders. You will sweat so wear light clothing to catch the sweat. Easy set up, unfold and plug in. With my multiple injuries I was able to unpack and Ms set up. Great buy!!!

Okay there seems to be a lot of problems with these electric blanket bags that are supposed to be saunas let's break it down to see what's kind of going on and why it seems to have some poor construction and problems. I purchased this to help with my arthritis pain in my legs I figured well heat will help with the pain right so I bought the first bag thinking it would be a great solution and the heat wasn't very consistent in that bag but the controller was big and nice and easy for me to see since my vision isn't the best I loved the large controller but the bag itself just wouldn't get very hot and then it started after like 5 uses started having hot and cold spots it was really weird and then I saw a picture of someone getting burned by one and I thought well that could easily happen to me cuz I can't necessarily notice that I'm burning when I'm covering clothes and sweating in a bag but then it stopped getting warm enough and I didn't sweat anymore because it just was like an electric blanket so I returned that one. I bought a second one to see if it was just a fluke cuz I really like the heat on my legs I need something to help with the pain so the second one the controller gets super hot to the touch. I tried it for one use and I'm fully clothed and I put the controller down on the floor and I was surprised when like the 60 minutes was up cuz I was timing it with my phone because I couldn't see the controller because the controller is on the ground and the blanket is on the bed I put the on top of the bed at least. Then my phone timer went off 60 minutes and the controller was super hot to the touch so now I'm just really worried like what is going on with these bags is it going to start a fire I don't know well guys this just seems like a good idea but then like maybe the engineering of it is just not so good so I'm going to have to return it again which is a real hassle for me cuz it's hard to move.

PROS: It heats as advertised and you will still work up a sweat even when the zippers break. My 30 minutes was very relaxing. CONS: One of the side zippers broke on my 1st use of this product. On the inside of the arm slots is a comment "don't pull hard" so the Mfg. knows the zippers are cheap. RECOMMENDATION: Upgrade this product with stronger zippers
