The shipping box it came in looked like it had been recycled several times. The GPU was in a separate box & not in the usual product box. It wasn't even in a generic box. It was in a small cardboard box just barely big enough 4 it. It had 2 bubblewrap bags pulled over it. It was not in a static bag. I returned it EXACTLY the way I got it. Decided to try it anyway. Got 4 PC I built.Finally got last parts to finish build 2 days ago. When I turned on PC the card lit up nicely,but all I got on screen was a bunch of black & white & various colors of blue lines across screen, & the CPU & GPU warning lites came on. Then monitor went blank. I removed the HDMI cable & the CPU/GPU warning lites went out. Tried the middle HDMI port & nothing, & warning lites came back on. Tried both DP ports with same results. Tried on 2 other monitors with no results. UPS just picked up the return. When I get refund will buy another one. Until then, I have a new PC I can't use because I couldn't install an OS. Looking forward to getting GPU that works. No ratings because it was non-functional. ... show more

For my graphic design work I have several Gpu most of them Rx 5700xt, diferent PC and setups, I'm been getting those used with some Big Dissatisfaction but kw-Tech Cr has sent two Gpus at different times and I found it Clean and Perfect. Only Fail doesn't come with original retail box.

My girlfriend bought this card 4 months ago. I figured if it made it the 90 days, the GPU would be proven fine. It just failed the other day a month after the 90 days.
