  • Big Beautiful Card!
Absolute UNIT of a card! Looks amazing and performs very well. I knew it was big, and double checked my case specifications to make sure it would fit. Installation was tricky with the CPU cooler taking so much space as well, but I finally found the correct angle for it to fall into place. Card stays in place well, and the steel frame of the cooler gives it excellent rigidity. The anti-sag bracket is a nice inclusion, but I honestly don't think it's needed. Playing games at 1440P UW (3440x1440) and maxing out the settings with great frame rates. I generally don't play with ray tracing enabled, but I could start turning those options on if I wanted. Card is running cool, usually staying in the 50-60C range. Hotspot seems to stay below 80C, and memory temps are maxing out for me at 80C as well. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I get the feeling that this card will last me a long time. I hate to see the prices where they are, but I got lucky and snagged it at a good price. If you want one, I hope you can get a good price as well. ... show more

  • Monster size card. Simple and clean though. Good to be on an AMD card again.
The TLDR is that this card is nice, pretty quiet, and my unit doesn't have any loud audible coil wine. Power cable and RGB cable location should be standard on all cards. My first graphics card was an ATI Radeon in a prebuilt Gateway followed by a Sapphire Radeon 6950 in my first built machine, but I had been all NVidia since. So, it feels like I've come full circle. Seeing as big green has shifted their business to doing whatever it is they link will 'benefit' society, in ways no one asked for. I figured it was time to return to team red again. Coming from a Strix 3090, I was shocked to see how big this card is, even after reading the size of it before hand. As you can see in the picture, keep in mind that this is a full 3 slot card. There's plenty of videos online that show what the card can do but in my experience the last couple days, it has run a couple games fine so far, all of which use Unreal Engine (Exp33, FF Rebirth, Rematch). I've not been able to hear any coil wine either, which was beginning to really become annoying on the 3090. I also love that the lighting is controlled by the motherboard now, or any standard 5v rgb controller, using the included cable. I hope Sapphire keeps this power cable location for future cards. It really cleans up the build. I want to note for future builders, install the cables on the card and put the plate on before you install the card. With the B850 Mortar in an NZXT H3 Flow, I made the mistake of trying to put the backplate on after installing the card and scraped the back left side on the boards VRM cover. Yes, I should've just take the card back out and put the plate on, that's obviously on me, but fair warning if you read this. I can't see the scaping and I haven't taken the card back out to check so that's our little secret ;). Good to be back using a Sapphire card though. ... show more

  • An Absolutely Wonderful Value Card
The card is of very good build quality. Easy to install and set up. And has the option of using the 12 volt pin or the classic two connectors. The card does take up about three PCI slots where it fits. It also comes with a anti-sag brace bracket so you don't need a mono pod foot. The card runs very cool without getting too hot assuming you have proper ventilation in your case, and set up a good fan curve. It is capable of playing the new Borderlands 4 at 1440p and a little over 100 frame rate on a 34-in ultra wide monitor. I was using the ryzen 7 9800X3D when playing, for reference. This card at only $800 is of great value. Mostly matching the performance of a high-end 5070 TI for $400 less dollars! The only area that it's graphic struggle in is if you're doing a lot of ray tracing. ... show more

  • ABSOLUTE MONSTER OF A CARD!!!!
So after updating my CPU to a 9800X3D my old card (RX6700XT) was bottle necking bad while playing BO6 delivering only 65-100 fps on balanced 1440p 165hz. Bought this unit of a card based off of a GROK build recommendation and man oh man this card is achieving 275+ fps at Ultra settings no frame generation and no upscaling on BO7 buttery smooth. Is the card relatively expensive? Yes, but its worth its weight in gold. Just make sure to run your build specs through GROK or ChatGPT to make sure you dont end up bottle necking something. ... show more

  • Awesome amd card
Great card well worth the purchase if you can get near msrp ray tracing performance is much better than previous gen runs cool without needing fans ramped up and very quiet even at max fan speed. Have had zero driver issue or issue of any kind with this card highly recommend. Upgraded from a sapphire nitro+ vega 64 that i used for years to play monster hunter wilds and it does not disappoint high frames ultra 2560x1440 with raytracing even and no hiccups. May be large for smaller pc cases fits fine with plenty of extra space in a thermaltake view 57 case. Have not undervolted or overclocked it in any way as I haven't seen any need for it no matter the game so far ... show more

  • Fantastic Graphics Card!
Using in PopOS 24.04 Cosmic (Beta) with ProtonUP-Qt (for Glorious Eggroll Proton installs for Steam), and all my games have been achieving amazing frame rates well over 110fps to 240fps at 2560x1440 depending on titles and ray tracing etc. Linux gaming is here to stay my friends! Ditch those other unsavory operating systems! I upgraded from a EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3, for what it is worth. Feels nice to have an AMD system now. ... show more
