  • Absolute Monster of a GPU – Quiet, Cool, and Ridiculously Fast for this price point
I’ve been running the Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT for a while now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every meaningful way. Performance: This card absolutely rips at 4K. Modern AAA games run buttery smooth on ultra settings, and competitive titles push extremely high frame rates without breaking a sweat. Paired with a high-end CPU, it feels perfectly balanced and never bottlenecked. Thermals & Noise: Sapphire’s Nitro+ cooling solution is top-tier. Under heavy load, temperatures stay impressively low, and the card remains quiet — even during long gaming sessions. Zero coil whine on my unit, which is a huge plus. Build Quality: The card feels premium from the moment you install it. Solid backplate, excellent materials, and thoughtful design throughout. It’s a big card, but that size translates directly into better cooling and stability. Stability & Software: Rock solid so far. No crashes, no driver weirdness, and smooth performance across everything I’ve thrown at it. Adrenalin software has been easy to work with and feature-rich. Bottom Line: If you’re considering a high-end Radeon card, this is the one. Sapphire absolutely nailed the design, cooling, and performance balance here. It’s easily one of the best GPUs I’ve owned. ... show more

  • Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT Review-Major Leap from 6750 XT
The Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming OC 16GB is a substantial upgrade over my 6750 XT and firmly moved me from upper-midrange into high-end GPU territory. In real-world use, this translates to a significant uplift in performance, often in the 60–90% range depending on the title, along with much stronger 1440p consistency and true 4K viability. Frame pacing and 1% lows are noticeably improved, which reduces stutter in more demanding engines, especially newer titles built on heavier rendering pipelines. From a hardware standpoint, the Nitro+ variant distinguishes itself with one of the better cooling solutions. The triple-fan design and robust heatsink allow the card to maintain high boost clocks (often pushing into the 3.0 GHz range) without excessive noise or thermal throttling. Build quality is also a step above baseline models, with a reinforced frame, metal backplate, and overall premium construction that aligns with its positioning as a flagship-tier card. There are, however, practical considerations. The card is physically large, occupying over three slots and stretching well beyond 300mm in length, so case compatibility needs to be verified. Power draw is also higher than the previous 6750 XT, making a reliable 850W power supply advisable. While ray tracing performance has improved significantly compared to RDNA 2, it still does not match the top-end offerings from NVIDIA in heavily ray-traced workloads. Additionally, the Nitro+ commands a price premium, meaning you are paying extra for thermals, acoustics, and build quality rather than pure performance per dollar. Overall, coming from a 6750 XT, the experience is not a marginal upgrade but a meaningful leap. You will notice it immediately in demanding games, higher resolutions, and overall system responsiveness under load, even if lighter or CPU-bound titles show less dramatic gains. ... show more

  • An Absolutely Wonderful Value Card
The card is of very good build quality. Easy to install and set up. And has the option of using the 12 volt pin or the classic two connectors. The card does take up about three PCI slots where it fits. It also comes with a anti-sag brace bracket so you don't need a mono pod foot. The card runs very cool without getting too hot assuming you have proper ventilation in your case, and set up a good fan curve. It is capable of playing the new Borderlands 4 at 1440p and a little over 100 frame rate on a 34-in ultra wide monitor. I was using the ryzen 7 9800X3D when playing, for reference. This card at only $800 is of great value. Mostly matching the performance of a high-end 5070 TI for $400 less dollars! The only area that it's graphic struggle in is if you're doing a lot of ray tracing. ... show more

  • Sapphire perfect as always
Big beautiful beast.. ice cold, absolutely silent, I mean what else can you say.. it destroys everything you throw at it, to the point you have to go looking for ways to choke it just to see if it's possible.. I always buy sapphire, all the way back to the hd2600 512k .. they never disappoint, they give a crap about their reputation, and everyone knows how intuitive and hard-core they are about their cooling solutions. This is excellent product, from a well renowned company that actively strives to be first. I can come with all the numbers and temps yaddi yaddi.. On my rig it destroys everything in all resolutions.. significantly ... show more

  • Best RX 9070XT you can get
The media could not be loaded. This card is great and rivals and/or beats a RTX 5070 Ti and RTX 5080 even in ray tracing (depending on the exact application) Sapphire makes great cards and this is definitely no exception. It does take the new 12V power cord so I’d recommend getting a PSU that has native support and using its included cable vs the splitter cable included with the GPU. I picked up a Super Flower Leadex VIII Platinum Pro to power it. It has a tasteful amount of rgb to go with the industrial aesthetic and comes with its own support bracket. I’ve had no problems running epic settings at 320MHz refresh at native 1440p. ... show more
