  • Dehumidifier Leaking
After a few months in use, the drip pan began to leak at the nipple. I believe I received a previous return dehumidifier. The drain tube was not included in the box. The wire was not wrapped up like it should have been, being new. I decided to keep it because it still worked and would have been a hassle to return. I purchased a drain hose from home depot. It ran good until a few months later when I got an alarm from my leak detector in my crawl space that there was water in my drain pan below the dehumidifier. I found that there was a crack in the drip pan where the nipple screws into and it's now leaking and I don't know how the repair it. I've owned a Santa Fe Dehumidifier in the past, that worked great for 10+ year. This was the replacement and I'm very disappointed. ... show more
