This is a great and elegant option. Very simple to install because firts you only put the base which is very light so you don't have to make the connections holding a heavy lamp and then you continue putting the lamp body and finally the shade. The e27 lightbulb base is very common so you won't have trouble changing the lightbulb and bychanging the lightbulb alone you can give a fresh change to the whole lamp. First let me say I love these lights. They were exactly what I was looking for. However when switching out my lights, these lights came with blue and brown plastic covering over the electrical wires. Farmhouse chic lighting. Semi flush, easy to install, way better than the builder grade junk. Mine included push bite connectors for the wires which makes install so so easy, but I prefer wire nuts. The black and gold finish looks sharp, it isn’t a yellow/green gold it’s a nice deeper warm brushed gold hue. Beautiful finish. Just waiting for it to come back in stock so I can finish the hallway.
