Beefy frame directions were ok. Just make sure to install the awning rails as close to the fabric rail as possible. Also the motor seems to be under powered but does work. It's just slow. And there is no manual way to crank it in if it fails. Other than that it's a great awning for the money

LOVE THE BEEFY BLACK ALUMINUM ARMS AND LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT SURE HOW LONG THE MOTOR WILL LAST AS THERE IS NO WOUND SPRING IN THE SYSTEM, ITS JUST A SLOW MOVING MOTOR, BUT THERE IS A WARRANTY....HOPEFULLY WONT HAVE TO USE IT. MY FABRIC ALSO CAME WITH SOME PINHOLES IN IT.....( I GUESS THIS IS COMMON THE WAY THEY ARE FOLDED AND SHIPPED). THIS IS NOT SLOPPED LIKE THE DOMETIC/OEM UNIT....IT SEEMS TO BE MORE STRAIGHT OUT THAN SLANTED DOWN. ON THE UP SIDE THERE IS MORE HEAD ROOM AND I DONT THINK ILL BE HITTING MY HEAD ON THE SUPPORT ARMS. THE ONLY THING I WISH IT HAD WAS A MANUAL WAY TO REWIND IT IN CASE OF A BROKEN MOTOR OR POWER FAILURE. WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID.....IT LOOKS NICE AND FUNCTIONS AS DESIGNED AND I AM INITIALLY PLEASED... ... show more
