This elped heal my huge half sleeve tattoo with no issues. I only used this product for the healing duration. I didn't have to mess with applications of balms, waxes, lotions. It was somewhat easy to apply (my GF had to help me), but once you do, you can kind of set it and forget it!

Freaking game changer. A little difficult to use the furst time u ever try it but it gets easier the more u practice using it. The ends do lift after a while but thats why you always leave at least an inch or two of saniderm away from the tattoo. It warms up to the skin after a few hours of wearing it and feels just like skin after that. I forget its there most the time. Its definitely waterproof and very protective. Its a bit stiff and grippy the girst hour or so just give it a couple hours to warm up and settle with ur skin. Removel is a lot easier that youd think. It hurts worse when on ur hair so make sure u shave really well.

I've used dozens of products to heal what has been a total of around 100 hours of tattooing on my body. I have not had a more comfortable experience than using saniderm. it's ability to help heal the tattoo and minimize itching and pain is unprecedented. Tattoos heal much faster and retain color much better. Follow the instructions on the package and you'll have a great experience too. I have to wear pants to work and pants plus a healing leg tattoo can be extremely painful. Although with this product I was able to go right back to work and have no pain other than minor soreness only 24 hours after my tattoo session.

Originally got this for tattoo healing, but it also works really well for areas that are hard to use band-aids on or for larger wounds. A large scrape on the knee or elbow is a great example. Clean, apply neosporin, then use gauze and a piece of this instead of trying to use tape or band-aids. Water proof, I can shower for a few days with it on and have no leaks. Absolutely a must have.
