I have a blue collar job, so I dont trust touching my healing tattoos even after a good hand scrubbing. Most balms and moisturizers you have to apply by hand. This balm is outstanding, especially after using a Saniderm bandage. Keeps the tattoo moisturized. Easy to apply. The fragrance is very natural, but not offensive. I have sensitive, pale skin, and I haven't had any issues with irritation or reactions.

Worked great! Healed up great, was super smooth and easy to apply, did not really notice any scent at all. Will buy another tube for my next tattoo! This was put on two smaller colored tattoos. Have been using the balm with the word Goo in it in the past and although I like the smell, it could be difficult to get out of the tin it was in and this product eliminates that as it is like a really big chapstick. ... show more

Longest lasting moisture for sure. Small bottle lasts a long time. Felt great for at least 6 hours especially compared to other brands that feel dry after an hour or so. But it smells gross. Like a farmers truck and old tobacco

I love this stuff! I feel like my tattoo healed much faster when I used this. It is odorless and easy to use. I like that I don't need to worry about touching my tattoo with my hands to apply the product. I do have some concerns about whether this is truly sanitary since you are reusing the same surface on an open wound, but I had no issues, and I'm no scientist. I would recommend people to try this if they haven't. I've tried hustle butter so far, tattoo good, and the saniderm seemed like it last the longest for me. The other two lasts a few hours then it's dry again. This smells awful. It is very moisturizing and has soothed my relatively new tattoo which was in the itchy stage. The smell is god awful and I wash my hands after rubbing in. I will not repurchase. Application is pretty easy but the consistency is more Vaseline type than solid glide on
