I bought this product (a small Christmas gift for my husband) and one of the shakers didn’t work properly, it kept running even when it wasn’t turned upside down. I sent them a message and they had me set up a return. I hadn’t had the chance to get to a UPS store (They are out of town for me) but before I knew it I had a new set being delivered for no charge. I purchased my first set in November and didn’t even have it 2 weeks before the adjustment knob broke while using it. I could not repair myself because there was no access from the inside. So they were replaced. Even though my replacement was not the same color they were working great!! Loved the large capacity size. Then one day it just stopped working, recharged it with no luck. It is not responsive. Now I am outside the return/replacement and unable to get ahold of the company for a warranty replacement. Very disappointed I didn’t even have it and used it for 3 months before being out the money. Update. I was able to get ahold of the company and they quickly sent me a replacement set. These are great. Easy to use. I like that you can just tilt them with one hand, and salt/pepper comes out. No need to push any buttons or user your other hand. You can also adjust the coarseness of the salt/pepper, I adjusted them to the finest size and sometime "bigger pieces" still come out, but doesn't bother me that much. They do require a lot of batteries (6 AAA in each grinder so 12 altogether). I have had them for only a couple of months so not sure yet how long the batteries will last. I got them for myself, and then ended up getting 2 more pairs for family members that saw them in my house and loved them. ... show more

I received these about a week ago. So far they are wonderful. They hold quite a bit of pepperballs. Large capacity. All you do is turn it over! I cannot use mills that you grind by hand because of arthrites. I like the different grinds and the light too.Very well worth the price. Makes a nice gift too. Because of size ,you will not have to fill it often.It does take 6 batteries,but they last along time. ... show more

I love that it automatically grinds your salt and pepper when you turn it over. I have arthritis and twisting grinders by hand was painful. These are amazingly easy and pain free!!

    • Grinder gets stuck

Well made and looks attractive but when grinding salt or pepper it tends to get stuck in the grinding process and you have to keep shaking it so the pepper or salt can enter the grinding gears. Besides that, I haven't found any other issues with it and would recommend you buy it.
