Very nice pair of grinders. They work well after a few days of use. One thing I particularly like compared to similar gravity grinders is this set requires a push of a button. They grind pepper & Himalayan salt just fine as long as you don’t want too fine of a grind. I just don’t think the little motors which are only powered by AAA batteries would last long trying to grind too fine. That’s fine with me, because my preference is about midway between course & fine anyway. I guess if you wanted a really fine grind, why not buy pre ground salt & pepper & do away with a grinder completely. Or, invest in a set much more expensive than this set, with a motor more capable. At any rate given their limitations, this is a very durable set, and time will tell what kind of battery like I’ll get out of this set of batteries. I like the flavor of a medium grind, so this set is exactly what I wanted. You can disassemble them very easily and will be easy to keep clean. I also like the small stand that this set comes with. It helps avoid salt & pepper getting everywhere.

I bought these in white, they are sleek and should fit well in any kitchen. They work great, I really like the super fine grind for the salt, along with the LED light that helps you see exactly how much salt you're applying. I put fine salt into the grinder, but what comes out is nearly powder, which is nice for a good even coating on food. The pepper mill is more coarse ground, but that is how I like my pepper so it's all good. If you want a powdery pepper, maybe try putting preground pepper flakes into the unit and see if that gives you what you want. The grind quality is good, and I am glad I got the white, it looks very expensive. They come with a little holder but when I go to grab one, the holder doesn't release and my pepper mill fell on the tile floor and the seam popped open. I was able to pop the seam back and it works like a charm, so they are pretty well made. These are much smaller than I expected but my previous salt and pepper shaker/grinder were a foot tall acrylic. While small, these grinders have a nice weight to them.

These electric salt and pepper grinders are nice, easy to use and work pretty well. My only complaint would be that sometimes one of them doesn't work unless you press the cap down firmly while simultaneously pressing the button but it's not all the time so it's kind of random. Otherwise, they work well and accomplished their purpose. They also have a nice little light that turns on when in use that helps you see what is being dispensed which I found helpful.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from battery-powered salt and pepper shakers, but these totally exceeded my expectations. The build quality is solid, and they look sleek on the table or countertop. They grind smoothly with the press of a button—perfect for cooking or serving, especially when your hands are full. The price was very reasonable considering the convenience and performance. I’ve used them daily for a few weeks now and they’re still going strong. Refill process is easy too. I certainly didn't NEED these, but darn if I don't love them! They are very durable- in fact I dropped the salt grinder on my plate last night and the plate shattered... I love using them- they are kinda fun and look super cool- especially with the built-in light. You can adjust the level of your grind, and cleaning is easy. I truly enjoy these!

But ever since I got this electric salt and pepper grinder set, everything’s changed.
