Thought I would try this pillow out as I suffer from "tech-neck" issues and I prefer sleeping with very low or flat pillows such that my neck is not propped up too much. This pillow turned out way better than expected. Upon receiving the pillow, it was vacuum sealed and hence, very compressed. The instructions say to expect to wait 1-2 days for the pillow to fully "air-out.' I sped this up by running the pillow in the dryer on a no-heat setting for a bit. The first thing I noticed about this pillow was the density, or firmness. It's not too soft, and not too hard. Actually, it was incredibly perfect. I'm not sure how to describe it except it just feels right. There are two sides you can use on the pillow, a normal side and a low side (where you rest your neck on). Both are useful but I find myself preferring normal most of the time. I've noticed that when laying on my back, the pillow aids in keeping my shoulders down which is GREAT. A lot of times I find myself prematurely lifting my shoulders for no reason and this creates a lot of tension. The pillow works well for side sleepers and is great at cradling your head at different positions. There is also a height add-on included to make the pillow a bit higher if needed. I've been using this every day and it has helped.

This was a supportive pillow that kept its shape while supporting your neck and head. It has a groove that is shaped for your neck to go in and it cradles your head and neck. It’s good if you’re needing that extra support.

I have wanted one of these types of pillows for a long time. I am a side sleeper and always have trouble getting the pillow just right. This pillow is definitely well designed and cradles my head very well. It has a nice soft breathable cover that you can zipper off and throw in the wash. The foam they use in this pillow doesn’t get too hot which is good. It is a little on the firmer side and I wish it was a tiny bit softer. But overall, I think this pillow is a very good value and would recommend it if you were looking for something like this.
