When trying to install the operating system the computer couldn’t detect my wifi. After numerous try’s I finally decided to use an Eather net cable. I would never buy a computer from this vendor again! Purchased in November and never had any idea that I would expect the Edge, Bing and Windows issues only to that continue then by the end of January it was getting worse, but after using the built in diagnostic software everything passed so as a user I’m thinking it’s me. It started getting critical memory issues. I used hp assistant and the hp tech said the desktop was upgraded beyond its original warranty and capabilities so even though I was supposedly covered. I was told to contact Amazon immediately. Then the back forth happened and no I didn’t have the original box, I called the drop-off and they said after answering questions about the return, they said, it’s on them. I was on the phone for days and received a little over half of what I paid for a computer that was going to fail and no one to fix it … without paying more than the balance I feel I’m still owed!
