If you watch the video and follow the directions that came with this, it tells you very clearly. You are to start out with one hour first. Then work your way up to wearing them for two hours, the next day and so on until you reach an eight hour day. Long story short, I work in construction and have worn red wing steel toed boots for the last 25 years. Recently, I was having so much heel pain on my left heel. I ended up going to the Doc on my break. They shot an x-ray and told me that I literally have a posterior and inferior bone spur. But that’s just a secondary symptoms. Long story short, I was told that insoles are the way they treat these. Because I have plantar fasciitis. Now first of all, last Wednesday I quit wearing my steel toe boots and I switch to a Saudex (Amazon) steel toed safety shoe. Looks like a tennis shoe. And very comfortable. And Thursday and Friday were much better but still very painful. Waking up Sunday night with my foot completely swollen and in pain. I missed work Monday. Which is not acceptable. I begin researching on the Internet frantically what to do when I came across these. Long story shorter, these are amazing. Last night I wore them for an hour and a half around the house because I was cooking and doing things. Today at work I wore them for 2 1/2 hours as instructed basically. And I would say that my pain has been cut down by almost 75%. And I’m still aware that it’s there. But I have strong hopes and will do a follow up review in the next couple weeks. These are worth the money and if you follow the directions as they’re stated, you won’t have the problems that other reviewers have written about. I walked all around the jobsite this morning for 2 1/2 hours with no Velcro attached, and they never slipped or moved.

I tried almost every one of this type of insert that is available on Amazon. This one is about the best of the hard plastic options. The contours are placed very well and my foot seats comfortably. Good arch and the arch placement seems better. The plastic itself just seems better quality too. I settled on a couple sizes bigger than my shoe size on this one. I wear an 11 shoe, I am putting a size 13 in my shoe and it feels the best. I've been sampling a 14 or and it also seems ok but I'll probably stick with the 13.

I'm so glad that these help so many people! Foot pain is debilitating so it must be wonderful to find something that works. I've been walking about 8k-9k steps a day for several months, and my right arch began to hurt. These claimed to solve all kinds of foot pain, not just plantar fasciitis, so I decided to try them. From the minute I placed them into my shoes and began to walk i experienced sharp pain in my right arch. Since the instructions say to wear them for an hour the first day, then add an hour a day until you are wearing them all day I continued to wear them, but just around the house, for about an hour and a half. Finally I gave up, because I was limping and my right foot was screaming in pain. I had to put my feet up for the next two hours before I could put any weight on my right foot. These must work well - the reviews speak for themselves. But they didn't work for me.

Was having pain in one of my arches. Not sure what it was but it hurt. I took a chance on these things and they were not cheap. It took a couple of weeks but it helped just wearing them every day. Pain went away, have not worn them since. I'm keeping them just in case. Probably should wear them all the time. Who knows?

These little insoles work amazingly well. They are lightweight but give good support, stand up to daily use and fit all shoes. I would recommend giving them a try.

Very similar to my 1600 dollar good feet inserts except this is only one tyrpe insert designed to correct arch and plantar faciutus. If you are not going to deal well with pain and soreness trying to correct your arch and plantar faciutus then these might do well after an initial correction and less agressive arch hieght insert. Its almost the same as good feet but they give you a medium and relaxing insert so when you start and there is pain you can back down the stress on the arch. Run with sasquatch on ethese inserts if you can stand the pain but keep using them otherwise you may just throw them in a cormer.

No no no. These killed my feet like no other. I have severe pain in my right foot due to plantar fascitis and whatever else is going on. The expensive prescription orthotics also killed my foot and made pain worse. These can go under the foam insert but if that has any arch support that's going to cause the foot to hurt due to higher arch support than needed. I gave these my best try but by the third day I was done. The pain in my foot was worse than when I started. It should mellow by the third day not worsen. If these were padded with a soft foam I think they'd be better, but as is they are like walking on a hard surface and for painful feet, that's not good. I would never purchase these again, the cushy insoles always help my right foot for awhile they just break down fast. These, I couldn't even start them long enough. If hard surfaces hurt your feet more I'd say these are not for you. If your feet are not bothered by hard surfaces, they may work for you. These types of products are subjective to the person. Just know they're super hard and not cushy at all. I returned mine after a few days.
