Every thing was great . The company representative call a week before it arrived with instructions on what to do when it arrived. For a French door refrigerator it has more room in it than the old one and the freezer is large enough to empty a small chest freezer and still have room left.

This refrigerator is spacious and looks great. My wife loves the fingerprint resistant coating. I gave it four stars. I would give the fifth star, but the ice dispenser has its flaws: -small ice compartment (run out of ice quickly) -slow ice dispenser (takes forever to dispense ice) -no light on dispenser (can’t see at night) -water dispenser drips (always drips one drop of water about three seconds after I pour my cup away) ... show more

What a complete pile of crap. Worked great for 2 weeks, then it slowly died. Called the appliance store where we got it; they came out and said it's a bad compressor. Since it's a new model, they don't know how to fix and to call Samsung. Hours on the phone with Samsung, and they told us to call their Authorized Repair Company - the appliance store where we got it. 3 weeks later it's a $2000 pile of money just sitting not working with no end in sight. This replaced an LG that we had a lot of problems with it seems to work better however some things freeze in the back of the refrigerator the ice maker never seems to know when to start or stop and you always get the inevitable Ice Cube on the floor lol

After 3 months using ice maker doesn’t work anymore. Technician came to four times. Then he still can’t fix it. It took 3 months for repair. Finally Samsung issues a refund. Another 4 months has passed I haven’t received a refund. Samsung asks me to call their bank for refund but Citibank is not answering my request. ... show more

Call many and long wait for customer service. Technician come twice can fix door problems, door is not align and difficult to close. , tech suggests to replace refrigerator due to frame problems. , call Samsung and response will get back to me. Now , is three weeks , no one call!!!!!!!!
