  • first mini led in 43" size
Size: 43 Inch Style: TV Only
Does it make sense having mini led in 43" size? It is much more money than regular LED TV. video/audio Quality is decent. Remote is cool. I preferred a Google TV interface. Samsung user interface is the only disappointment.

  • Remote issues
Size: 50 Inch Style: TV Only
Remote doesn't work after going through all the steps to re-pair it to the TV the infer -red light on the remote doesn't work. Changed batteries 2 time, pressed all the buttons on remote to drain power. Called Amazon they said to call Samsung, Samsung says to call Amazon. Here we go the run around instead of just sending me a new remote. Amazon sells them. Ridiculous , have this for one day . ... show more

  • Decent Picture, But Feels Like an Entry-Level TV
Size: 55 Inch Style: TV Only
The Samsung 55” Mini LED M70H (2026 model) is a bit of a mixed bag for me. While it has some solid features on paper, in real-world use it feels more like a basic, entry-level TV than something premium. First impressions matter, and this TV just looks and feels a bit cheap. The stand legs in particular don’t inspire much confidence—they feel flimsy, and I was a little uneasy about long-term stability. Connectivity is another downside. With only three HDMI ports, it’s limiting—especially in a household with multiple gaming consoles. On top of that, the port placement isn’t ideal for wall mounting. I much prefer side-facing ports for easier access and a cleaner, flush mount, but that’s not the case here. For gaming, the 60Hz refresh rate is also a noticeable drawback. Compared to our higher-end TV, there’s visible lag in fast-paced games, so it’s not the best option for serious gamers or households with multiple players. Sound quality is underwhelming as well. It’s fairly flat and lacks depth, so I’d definitely recommend pairing it with a soundbar or external audio system. That said, it’s not all negative. The picture quality does have its highlights—brightness and black contrast are actually quite good, and Mini LED does help images pop. Samsung’s smart platform is also a strong point. Setup was quick and easy (this is our fourth Samsung TV), and the interface integrates seamlessly with other Samsung devices. Overall, the price point is what lands this at 3 stars for me. It’s affordable, but when comparing similar TVs in this range, there are other options that offer better sound, build quality, and overall performance. ... show more

  • Nice color and clarity, poor sound, casual gaming, streaming, live TV
Size: 55 Inch Style: TV Only
The Samsung M70H is a new UHD Mini-LED series Samsung introduced to partially replace last year's Crystal UHD U8000 series. M70H is a step up from the U8000 with its mini-LED backlighting. And the other part replacing U8000 is the Neo QLED series (QN70H) offering mini-LED with 'quantum dot' technology for brighter and more accurate colors. Comparison with mid-level M80H: The M70H is the entry-level model of the mini-LED (without quantum dot) series, with the mid-level M80H offering several upgrade features like some AI enhanced features (Gen2 Processor, AI 4K Upscaling, AI Customization Mode), a 144Hz refresh (vs. 60Hz), Motion Xcelerator 144Hz (vs. Motion Xcelerator), DLG 240Hz (vs. DLG 120Hz), and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro (no Freesync on M70H). Some of this is just marketing hype, but some will certainly enhance your gaming experience like the 144Hz refresh, DLG 240Hz, 144Hz Motion Xcelerator, and AI Gaming Optimizer. But back to the M70H model: it's certainly capable of nice picture quality, with good contrast, deep blacks, HDR10+ (using dynamic metadata to adjust picture settings scene-by-scene or frame-by-frame) and Samsung's Pure Spectrum Color technology. I played a variety of live TV channels, YouTube videos, movies. The quality certainly depends on the source video, but for true 4K content it looks really nice to me. If lowest price is an issue, or the content you watch is mostly OTA TV, movies, typical streamed content, the I think you would be satisfied with the picture quality. If you lean more toward gaming, you might consider the M80H model instead. Features of the M70H: Connectivity is 3x HDMI 2.0, 1x USB-A, Wi-Fi 6E, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps, Bluetooth 5.3, SmartThings Hub. You can of course connect external speakers via Bluetooth, but I was surprised to see no separate audio output ports. Although there is one HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port on back that can send audio back through the HDMI cable, if your receiver or soundbar can process/use that. It can process audio formats PCM, Dolby Digital, and DTS. There is no Dolby Atmos support. The 20W stereo speakers are adequate for casual listening and watching, but you will want to connect to external speakers for best sound quality. The TM2240A IR Simple Remote leaves a lot to be desired for a TV remote. Its minimalize design leaves out number buttons and dedicated volume and channel rockers. You are expected to use voice commands via Bixby or Alexa, or use their SmartThings app on your phone. There is a single physical button on the bottom right of the TV you can use with an on-screen menu to turn it on/off, change channel and volume, and select input source. Input from the button or remote seems to be laggy, especially when it's still powering up. The TV comes with basic feet to stand on a flat surface, or it can be mounted using a VESA 200 x 200 standard wall mount. Overall, for this price range I would say this is a decent TV for casual use. For watching movies or if audio quality is important to you, I would definitely recommend an external soundbar or full receiver system with speakers. It would be fine for casual gaming, but if you are serious about visual quality and response time, I would consider looking for a model that caters to that market. ... show more
