This was a clear five-star rating! When something's refurbished, you expect the worst, but this tablet was practically brand new. I still can't believe it. It is like nobody ever used this thing. All that was missing was the original box and wrapping. To say I'm pleased is a massive understatement. For the price, the quality and condition of that tablet made it an incredible bargain. Though I purchased a Tab 10 Ultra from Samsung, I sent it back because it provided a minimal improvement over my Tab 9+. My age necessitated a larger screen, prompting a search for the Tab S9 Ultra, leading me to this model. Customer reviews weren't a priority, since these items are inherently renewed/refurbished. This one in a couple of others claimed to be in A+ condition, which still means probably some signs of use. This one also appears unused. The superb packaging hinted at the device's quality. Wow, I still can't believe what I got in for the price I got it for. This company is superb. Their product was precisely as described in the advertisement. The battery is also in excellent condition. On the day I received it, I used this device for over three hours to watch videos and browse social media; the battery never dipped below 90%. As others have stated the Spen does not work. I followed the recommended steps and sent it off to Samsung under their warranty program. Samsung as always is a nightmare. With that being said the tablet aside from the pen was in great condition but stating online that the tablet has been throughly reviewed and refurbished and then selling a tablet with one of the main features broken is ridiculous. ... show more
