I bought this S9 Ultra, used they said, Expecting a screen with some miles ahead. Yet when it arrived, to my surprise, Not a blemish, not a flaw met my eyes. No scratches, no dents, no tale of wear, It gleamed like the day it first breathed air. The screen sang colors, the pen did dance, A perfect tablet at a second-hand chance. This tablet is amazing. The price was great and it works beautifully. It does have an ever so slight waviness to the screen that makes it very hard to put a screen protector on it. But you cannot see that unless you have it turned off and it just the right angle in the light it makes no difference to the viewing. All in all I couldn't be happier.

As others have stated the Spen does not work. I followed the recommended steps and sent it off to Samsung under their warranty program. Samsung as always is a nightmare. With that being said the tablet aside from the pen was in great condition but stating online that the tablet has been throughly reviewed and refurbished and then selling a tablet with one of the main features broken is ridiculous.

I usually replace tablets and phones on a 5 or 6 year schedule, so this year my tablet, Samsung S5E, was starting to slow and I was having issues with the screen size as I age. I wanted something much larger and this was as large as I could find. I decided on last years model after reading reviews that said the S10 Ultra had very few changes from the S9 Ultra. I also went with a renewed one since it was about $300 less than new. I'm extremely happy with my tablet. It is cumbersome to carry and heavy, but man is it awesome. Lightning fast, a full laptop replacement just without a keyboard. I use it for watching videos saved to the 1tb sd card, and youtube. I love the screen size, perfect for my older eyes. My current cell phone is the S23 Ultra and it syncs to this no problem so I can save pictures or other files between devices easily and fast. The battery charge usually lasts about 8 to 10 hours of solid video viewing, which I was able to test on a 10 hour flight to France. Lasted the entire flight with no need to plug in. Very happy, hopefully for at least the next 5 years.

It really is a great tablet but Samsung almost ruined it with how they handled the 5.3 Bluetooth codecs and settings. Open up the Developer options (it is easy to engage). Go down to the Bluetooth settings. Most are greyed out. Even Samsung's own codec... this means no apt of any kind for even their own ear buds. Its like selling a person a new corvette with a 65 mph governor on it .. arrgghh.. lol. So Samsung 's war on common sense wins again. The worst part, the bt 5.3 chip used is fully capable. Once past the BT issue, the tablet is great. It will go thru a couple major updates and install additional bloatware from. Samsung and Google. Watch closely and you can catch kill some installs by using developer options to see everything. Some bloat can be uninstalled.. The sd card slot, handles a one tb card with no issues. The case is gorgeous and my tablet came with a white s-pen instead of black. The sound thru the speakers was really good. Good base and good high end. I used Santana for the test, then an action movie. The two stars were deducted for the Bluetooth nonsense.
