    • Defective, will not update software version from Android 13
I am updating my review. This company sold me a defective device. Not only will it not sync to any device using the USB port which makes you not be able to back up anything, but, it also will not update from Android 13! You cannot use smart switch to force an update, nor will it work in safe mode. I kept contacting Samsung on when the updates would be pushed out and they kept saying it would be soon for months on end after I should have received my update to the latest versions. This caused me to lose my return window which now I know it is not on Samsungs end....it was the folks who refurbished this device and resold it to me. I have broken my back researching every possible scenario and troubleshooting fix. They did something that made this tablet inoperable on the most basic functions that are necessary. I have wiped it out to factory reset, cleared any cache etc etc. Nothing works and the USB jack will only charge and will not sync to anything at all. This isn't my first rodeo and I am a power user so this is very disappointing to say the least. I was sold basically a brick. Samsung was also no help at all either. ... show more

Tablet came safe and secure in impressive bubble wrap! Tablet came just like new and even has some of the manufacturer plastic tape around the trimming of the tablet. S pen works great mine has no cosmetic damage! I was very pleased to know that I got a T-Mobile version as some of the reviews said that they got Verizon! My SIM card works perfect in here I’m currently updating it to the latest version of android which is gonna be a huge plus! As of May 2026 the tab S8 plus was included in getting the newest and latest galaxy updates for android ai etc… ... show more

Compre la tablet en Marzo 29/2024 y llego todo muy bien, la nitidez es increíble, su imagen en hermosa. La pantalla grande te ayuda con las tareas o es excelente para ver una película. Hoy es Abril 23, tengo menos de un mes con la tablet y ya no cargo. Hace 2 años compre la misma tablet (nueva) y después de 3 semanas de uso, ya no quiso cargar/encender y la envie a Samsung para su reparación y después de una semana Samsung me dijo que me haría un reembolso. 😕 Después de 2 años quise darle la oportunidad al mismo modelo de tablet, y parece que todo la línea S8 tiene un problema importante. Obvio no es problema del vendedor de Amazon, esto es de origen con Samsung y es una lastima, la tablet me encanta, pero tendré que devolverla. ... show more

Id been considering doing a tablet upgrade, but was annoyed that Tmobile stopped carrying the Flagship line. Aside from a Mark on one corner and a small ding on the back. This is in Excellent condition. Well worth the cost.

This was my third attempt at purchasing a Tmobile Tablet, and my first success. Since Tmobile is asking over $1000 for this Samsung S8 +, I attempted to purchase from reebelo a used electronics site. That was a fail, avoid them at all costs. This purchase on the other hand was great. Tablet arrived with all accessories and is in excellent condition. I ordered here specifically because the description had it listed as the T-Mobile variant. It wasn't, it's Verizon. They are not interchangeable. The tablet is terrific, but stars off for the seller who either didn't know enough about his product OR was being intentionally deceptive.
