For some reason it was stuck in demo mode or something like that so I messaged the seller and they were very nice and helpful. Opened it this afternoon after it had been on recharge for over 12 hours and it was still sitting at 13% and it would take 70 hours to recharge. This is unacceptable. Word to the wise don't buy this unit.
