This tablet is great. Everything works fine. I like the pen very much. I bought the device in excellent condition. Device runs smooth. It was locked to AT&T but later AT&T has a online portal to request unlocking the devices. I used it to unlock the tab. Even though it is unlocked, call functionality still can't be used as software wise it's locked to AT&T. I mean if you don't sign in to phone app using AT&T credentials, you can't make calls and neither your sim will activate. But it won't ask for a pin to unlock it when you insert a NON-AT&T sim. But it doesn't matter for me since I just use it home for minimal purposes like attending zoom sessions, drawing, etc. ... show more

If you upgraded like me there are several issues that need to happen for this to work. First off is the sims card update, iem number updated with ATT, and about 2 hrs with ATT to get tablet working correctly. Great product and hope it last for a long time
