When you receive the renewed product, they include a text only business card. I had a faulty S-Pen (beware I've heard that Amazon or resellers in general tend to include fake S-Pens) that wasn't magnetically connecting to the back of the tablet. SoonerSoft reached out to me very quickly and offered to replace the pen free of charge. They seem to be very helpful. As far as the actual tablet's condition was, it had maybe two scratches (miniscule especially now that I use a screen protector) and one tiny crack on the top left corner (can't really notice it unless you know where to look). It was refurbished so cant complain to much but it does get hot using pinup and apps that have the same picture for a long time but other then that is perfect

My old tablet needed to be replaced due to battery issues so I went with this one. I love the size of the screen. I can sit in my chair, do emails or play games with ease with the clarity of the screen. The S pen is also nice but not needed. I'm very happy with this tablet.     • Great battery life but bigger than expected
First of all, I've loved using this tablet. The OS has been smooth and is not bloated at all with proprietary software. The S-Pen works great with it and I love taking notes. I really enjoy the conversion of my notes to plain text which has made submitting some of my assignments really simple. My only "issue" is how big it is. I guess I didn't have a good frame of reference of what a 12" screen would look like, but honestly I've gotten used to it and love it so much! Dex mode has also been great for when I didn't have my laptop on hand or the battery was low. It really makes this feel like a legitimate laptop replacement. Overall, I'd recommend this tablet to anyone. It's much cheaper compared to an iPad of the same specs and also allows for expandable storage. ... show more

    • Nice renewed tablet that is just like new.
Bought the plus size tablet for my dad so it was easier for him to use and see the larger screen. He loves it and everything about the tablet is working just like new. The pen was the actual samsung pen (not a knock off) and it is working perfectly as well.

The tablet itself seems to run fine based on the first hour I used it. Turns on, no visible cracks, no issues with the software side of things. Minor wear with the chassis, but that was expected with a refurbished item. The big drawback of this though is that the s-pen that came with it is broken. It definitely was taken apart and not put together properly; it won't even stick onto the tablet or be registered properly. Disappointing, since I had been planning on using this as my note taking tablet. I'll update this review once I get more time with the tablet. ... show more

Hola, soy de Ecuador y compre esta tab s7+ refurbished. Recibi todo en perfecto estado, la pantalla intacta, funciona todo el panel tactil, sin quemaduras u pixeles muertos todo excelente. Pero lastimosamente la batería duraba muy poco, entonces me puse en contacto con SoonerSoft Electronics y me dijero que un técnico de mi ciudad se encargara y que ellos cubririan el costo y asi sucedió; reparé mi bateria y la tablet quedo perfecta, todo el costo lo cubrió SoonerSoft Electronics. Los recomiendo encarecidamente su atención al cliente es un escalón por encima de la excelencia. ... show more
