I received the tablet a few days ago and absolutely loved it! The video quality and sound are great, it was easy to use and set up, and it is lightweight. I am replacing and ipad and found this easier to use, not because it's right or wrong, but because it is more Windows based and that's what I am accustomed to. I bought the Finite keyboard cover and loved that also. Paired up easily and the keyboard has a nice feel to it. However, the S-Pen was not in the box even though it is checked in the comparison table. Come to find out, it doesn't appear to be compatible with this tablet. Additionally, although it is advertised as Verizon LTE + WiFi, I took it to the Verizon store today and it will not work with that network. I was very disappointed because I was getting attached. However, Amazon customer service was very easy to work with, very apologetic, and made it right with a full refund for both the tablet and the keyboard cover. Thank you Amazon!! ... show more

I don't understand all the poor reviews. Basic research will tell you that an S pen isn’t supported by the Tab S5e. So why would one be included? I purchased mine as an used "acceptable" amazon warehouse deal. Aside from the packaging obviously being re-sealed it looked brand new. It worked fine out the the box with the Verizon sim from my iphone. I did end up flashing XS unlocked firmware onto it, so I could change the APN so it would work with my Visible (Verizon sub company) sim. The cellular connection works great. Not quite as fast as my iPhone, but not noticeably slower. The screen is awesome and the speakers are good for a tablet. I also have a 2018 base iPad and this is much better to watch movies on. Bottom line, media consumption and web browse I highly recommend this tablet. ... show more

Screen resolution, , battery life and touch screen are awesome. Picture colors are so vibrant. Was able to completely transfer Tab A to this tablet without it missing any pics or apps! It was a great purchase!

One VERY serious issue and one not so serious issue. Would NEVER recommend this tablet. First issue : 1) the wifi hardware is seriously defective. The wifi just refuses to connect sometimes (and to the same wifi I use all day). I thought I was losing my mind or doing something wrong. This is super frustrating as there is not pattern to the disconnects. Feels very random. Started researching and discovered that this is a known defect with this model. The second issue: 2) the tablet is so thin it feels fragile. A case is a must but I felt like the tablet could actually bend at some point. Not a solid feeling tablet at all. I love Samsung but this may force me to throw up my hands and buy into the whole Apple system and get an iPad. There are just not a lot of tablet options if you need cellular connection. ... show more
