I had bought to of this tablets, but at&t blacklisted one of the tablets for No reason and gave me 7 to 10 different reasons why they would not un black list it, ..... But the amazing staff at refurbished dealers worked with me even to the point of setting one of there tablet s5e aside for me and have worked with every step of the way when I had to return one of the tablets just because of at&t bs and I I am happy to say the bother tablets the I got frome them work great and and have no problems with them at all and my two kids love the fact they have there own tablets back ... show more

I think its great. I upgraded from a Galaxy Tab 4 8.0" so this thing is awesome, and huge. I'm mainly an iOS person when it comes to phones and all that but enjoy having an Android tablet to be able to experience all their great features. The face recognition works pretty good, it doesn't know who I am after I shaved my beard off but I guess thats to be expected. The fingerprint on the side button works pretty good. I can't say I've really had any issues with it at all and my hands are usually pretty beat up from my line of work and it doesn't skip a beat. The battery last a long time, the DeX or whatever they call it is really pretty nice. My laptop decided it didn't want to work anymore so I plugged a USB A adapter into the tablet and plugged in my wireless keyboard and mouse and it worked great. I was even able to mirror the tablet to a television for a bigger screen. Pretty slick in my opinion. I've got mine in an Otterbox Defender case and everything still works well. My AT&T service works like a champ. I'm getting 70-80mbps on the speed test where I'm currently at in NE. Overall, its a bit spendy, but worth it. ... show more

    • Nah, you get what you pay for..
Thought I'd save some money and bought this one..should of sent it back while I could. I understand that I was coming from an iPad but the difference in quality more than justifies going with the iPad. First off, everything blends in so turning it on quickly or changing the volume quickly ain't happening. I spend half my time running my hands over the sides trying to locate buttons..lol. What a pain in the ass. But even more importantly, even with the sensitivity setting changed to most sensitive, I'm constantly re-doing my double tabs cause it never takes the first time. I think I've actually injured my tapping finger hitting it so hard. Some might be ok with this model and saving some $$$ but the shortcomings are too much of a deal breaker for me..oh well, looks like I'm stuck with it... ... show more

I needed something for "work on the go". I was tired of having to hotspot my laptop. Sure it's not the newest tablet however it's more than adequate at handling my 4 consistently running tabs on Chrome in Desktop Mode and responding to emails while having Youtube running. Not to mention, the screen is beautiful and great for media consumption. All together unless you NEED "top-end performance" for something specific, like editing or a laptop replacement, this is a completely capable workhorse and media consumption device. Anyone saying otherwise is forgetting what they paid for. An LTE device with an OLED display, Expandable Memory, Etc for $400. My Verizon plan allowed me to put this on LTE for $20/m. This was supposed to be an unlocked tablet. It is NOT unlocked and I can't add it to my carrier. Also, it came in a box with a bootleg charger and the screen is scraped in several places. And try to contact customer support and they responded quickly - to say they won't do anything about it. Not cool ... show more

    • Great Tab for the price but not on T-mobile/Spirit
Almost everything is great, best screen, battery life, and touch screen but this unlocked model when checking the IMEI number will not work with my carrier T-mobile/Spirit so I had to return it to Amazon, very sad.
