Love that it's a Samsung. And that the quality is there, but the battery for some reason loses life somewhat fast after being unplugged. My Apple iPad pro doesn't have that problem. But this is a good quality tablet.

    • Huge waste of money
Bought this in March of last year and now it's already become junk. Worked fine for a while, but now it won't charge without an elaborate ritual of plugging and unplugging, turning it on and off, rebooting it... until it finally hits the magical right set of circumstances. Until then it just sits there and makes the "I'm charging" and "I'm not charging" tones over and over and over again, interspersed with "your device is charging slowly messages". Replaced the cable, charger and tried a different socket, so it's definitely the tablet. Tablet itself has always been sluggish and tends to have a very slow boot up or restart time and occasionally goes into a 10 second or so freeze while in certain apps. Not intensive games or such, mind you, but things like browsing the web and the justwatch app. I've finally given up on this and ordered a new tablet, making quite sure that it wasn't a Samsung. Can't wait to receive it tomorrow and go "Office Space" on this one. ... show more

At first the wrong charger cable was sent, I had to send pictures showing it was the wrong charger to prove it, but once I did, they quickly sent the correct one, and I appreciate that. This is a nice little tablet for someone just wanting to play some games and scroll FB. I bought it as a Father's day gift for my dad. Seems pretty easy for him to use and he is not techy at all. I set a very large font and showed him how to use it, he was so confused the first time someone called him on messenger and it started ringing, it was funny. He was also very impressed it could make and receive calls with the messenger app. Lol. Thanks 😊 ... show more

The tablet and assessors arrived as scheduled. The tablet was in excellent condition. I knew it was a refurnished device however I was not expecting the tablet to be a Verizon Samsung Tablet. The tablet works great with WiFi and a sims card is not needed. I am pleased with my purchase and the tablet will be sufficient for my daughter to use in her speech therapy sessions. ... show more

Bought this as a replacement for our original tablet. The 1st tablet had not been reset, but was still set up for medical office patients. The replacement we got for it had constant blue flashing lines when watching videos. We asked for another replacement. Gave it a good try but it too had flashing blue lines with watching videos. Their customer service was always very responsive and helpful. Alway quick to send us a replacement easily. But with 3 tablets in a row that were not in proper working order, we returned the item and will look elsewhere. Pretty disappointing. ... show more
