Product came without the stock case and with a different s-pen then comes from manufacturer. Guess this company has different definition of refurbished. “Refurbished” refers to a product, typically an electronic device or piece of equipment, that has been previously used or returned, then restored to a like-new condition by the manufacturer or a qualified third party. This process often involves testing, repairing, cleaning, and sometimes replacing parts to ensure the item meets the original specifications and performance standards. Refurbished items are usually sold at a lower price than brand-new products and may come with a warranty, though it might be shorter than that of a new item. The term implies that the product isn’t new but has been professionally renewed to function as if it were. If it is not as manufacture sells it it’s not refurbished. From Samsung website MIL STD 810H, IP68, Anti-shock (Drop from 1.2m heigh with cover) Bought for the drop and ip68 rating now have neither. Store told me Thank you for reaching out and I apologize if there was any confusion on the listing as the case is not included with this device.
