Do not purchase this. This does not work with any cell phone carriers in the united states, especially AT&T. It is a tablet from India with an IMEI from India, and the United States will not recognize it. In addition certain programs like Prime video will completely destroy this tablet. Prime video will not run you will get an error code saying that it is a tablet in India even if you're in the United States, and Prime video will relay that information to other programs like Pluto, where it will completely lock down the programs you will not be able to open them. The tablet functions adequately is not amazing color is okay standard screen is below standard size is okay, but if you are like me and you purchase the tablet in order to put on your AT&T account and use it wirelessly you will not be able to do so ... show more

We've been in possession of this Galaxy Tab A9 plus for several weeks now. Finally got around to trying to program it to accept an existing service to include all passwords and saved site. It refuses to do so. The problem was shared with a Tech savvy and it was admitted that this tablet is very good quality but as to why it refuses to accept transferred information from another Samsung product is beyond understanding. The Tech able person could only say to start from scratch and assume a totally different phone number and extended service with the existing cellular/phone provider. ... show more

This is my 3rd Samsung Galaxy tablet. I quite like them, and since I also have Samsung phones, they make sense to me. Two years ago, I needed a new tablet because my original one finally died of old age. And it was really slow compared to current models and the camera was crummy. This past Spring, the charging port started being finicky and finally wouldn't charge at all. We took it to a repair place and after taking a week to fix the charging port, they broke the glass and that was going to need at least another week to the repair. Since I am on this tablet at least 12 hours a day, buying a new one was the easier path. But it lasting only 6 months was definitely unforeseen. I was very happy with my first 2 Samsung tablets, but quite disappointed with this one. ... show more
