Great product. No complaints! 128GB internal storage!
The device was absolutely perfect when I received it. It was advertised to be a US version with international cabability. Since it's an international model built for the US, I did have a bit of a challenge trying to keep English US language set after all of the updates it went through, it kept changing back to India English as it was out of the box on first boot! But I was able to set it back to US English without issue. I suspect the updates reverted back to India English ( whatever that is) because that's the way the device was set on initial boot. I had to update the device about 3 times! It performs flawlessly and I'm very happy with the device. I did not use a SIM card for cellular data service as that was not my requirement so I have not tested that out but I'll probably end up doing this sometime before the warranty runs out just the check the 5G claim on the system. ... show more

Great tablet for the price.
I gave it 4 stars because I have yet to install a sim card and get a data plan. To be honest I bought this A9 plus to use only with wifi but I have an extra T-Mobile sim card just in case I change my mind about getting a data plan. There was no problems at all with the start up and pairing with my Samsung phone to transfer phone data to my tablet. I do like it that I can install up to a 1 TB SD Card to increase the tablets storage capacity. I plan to do that soon so I can move all my pictures and documents to the SD card so it frees up the 128gb storage on the tablet. So far no complaints about the tablet as it functions as advertised. ... show more
