After the sunset of 3G, this device is no longer on the approved device list because the cellular technology is becoming obsolete. I spent an hour at my local AT&T store, then another 2 hours at home on the phone with AT&T trying to activate this cellular device with upper level tech support, only to find out AT&T should of never even tried to activate this because it will no longer wok on their network. The resolution is pretty good, but I wish the tablet was 5G to run higher resolution and process faster. What does a faster processor matter when the tablet can't get the fastest signal? The speakers are nice and loud for what they are. The buttons work fine and I had no problem setting the tablet up for my needs. I use it mainly for videos and net surfing. I'm not a gamer, but I would say for a gamer this shouldn't be your first choice. With the amount of space the apps take the memory is nothing. That really is a weak point, especially when you can't move apps to add on card storage. For me too so many of the apps on it I don't want too and can't remove. I would love to buy a tablet one day that lets you remove all the junk it comes with. ... show more

    • Nice Tablet with a few negatives !
I purchased the Samsung A7 to replace my Samsung Galaxy S 10.5" tablet. The tablet has a nice screen and it is quick . My main complaint is that I can't move apps to the sd card. There isn't an option in the settings. Even if you enable developer options and check force apps to move to sd , it won't work. I can use the sd card for pictures etc but not apps. My T-Mobile sim card works but I don't have an option to make calls over wifi. Overall, it still is a nice tablet but if you have a lot of apps , you will use most of your internal memory really fast. Also, some of the apps won't run in the landscape mode. Hopefully , Samsung will have an update to change it so I can move the apps in the future. I'm not sure if I would have purchased this model if I knew this ahead of time ! ... show more

I have a son with disabilities, so a tablet in the car is a must. I needed something that has a durable touch screen and long battery life that would last us in the car and through the mall. The large screen size makes it great when he wants to show us a video he has found. my brother needed a new lte tablet for his daughter and this fit the bill on price and features for a budget lte tablet its the best anything cheaper will just be slow or not powerful enough (lag)

The product is great but 32GB is too small for the system software. By the time everything is loaded, about 21GB is already consumed. Thanks for the added memory expansion card which should really be 128GB.

I bought this to replace an old Samsung tablet and am very happy with it. It's fast and the ability to add data card, via SIM, is a great addition. It holds the charge very well and will last for a couple of days with low use. Overall, I am very satisfied.
