Amazing price point. East to use (function wise). Would have been a 5 star. The reason it's not a 5 star is because it failed to connect 2 times before sussesful the 3rd try. Also the battery life is amazing!!

Needs more than just Android, it needs a phone. Will not connect to a Samsung tablet. Needs a lot of permissions on the phone. Needs Samsung Health app, Samsung Wear app, and a Fit 3 something/plug-in before it will connect to a phone; in my case, a Motorola phone. Really wish the device would function for health tracking without requiring all of the full phone, message, location, and other permissions I don't want it to use. Phone is too small to see; tablet won't get updated information unless the Fit 3 can update via the phone. need to have the phone and tablet set to sync with Samsung cloud. Well its been 3 days and the device still has not been able to measure my O2. My fitBit Charge 5 would measure my O2 overnight, and I was really looking forward to being able to get an O2 measurement on demand. I have tried a manual measurement several times with the Fit 3 telling me to try moving or tightening the band with no results. I was hoping I would get something for O2 at some point, but I am very disappointed. Finally figured out how to measure the O2, the first time there is more than just clicking measure. When I clicked measure, it told me to slide the band up my arm and tighten the strap. I did that many times with the result of no measurement being taken and the screen just going away. was very frustrated for more than a week and was almost going to send the watch back to Amazon as defective. Finally noticed some dots at the top of the screen with the far left dot a little brighter. Swiped left and moved to the next page which said elbow on the table. Swiped left again and got hold watch by heart. I final left swipe again got me to another page that said measure. This time it worked. Having instructions that don't say they are instructions was very frustrating, but now when I hit measure, it goes straight to starting the measurement and I don't need to swipe through instructions. Still not very happy with this watch, but I am planning on keeping it. ... show more

If you have a Samsung phone, and don't feel the need to spend $300+ on a new smartwatch, this is the watch for you. It tracks everything, shows text messages (with editable quick responses), temperature, etc. There is no microphone so speech to text and calling features are not an option, but that is really to only thing lacking. Its a tad bit small, but I can get past that easily with the hundreds of dollars in savings. I would highly recommend this to ANY Android user, but especially to those with Samsung branded phones. Such a huge upgrade from the Fit2 and Fit2 Pro. ... show more

    • Calendar 1 day off

*UPDATE* I was able to fix the "one day off" issue on the calendar events and calendar tiles! Both were preloaded on the watch to use. I removed both tiles which put them back on the list to choose from later. I then added back only the calendar. If you want to see the events on that day tap the day on the calendar. Apparently having both tiles up made for a reading error. All good w that now! I noticed a constant red light under the watch glowing on my wrist. That turned out to be the oxyimeter taking a read. I just went into health settings to disable as the red light seemed to be on a long time. Research this watch first as this is a "basic" fitness watch not a smartwatch w speakers, phonecalls etc. I am now satisfied and will up my review to a 4. ********** Like the look of it but the smartwatch lists today's calendar items as tomorrow. The calendar does show today's date though. I removed the calendar from the watch for now. Disappointing... am still testing the other apps. ... show more

So I have an S23 Ultra. I had a Galaxy watch 5 pro before this Fit 3 watch. I can honestly say this Fit 3 does 85% of what my Watch 5 Pro did. And for what I actually used on my Watch 5 Pro, I can do ALL of it on this Fit 3. Plus I can go 9 or 10 days before needing to recharge. If you have a Samsung phone and are familiar with the Wear/Samsung health app, this will be a breeze. Works flawlessly. And for the price, you CAN NOT go wrong. **Pic shows mine with a cover on it that protects the screen and body. Just FYI** ... show more

For people who have heavily tattooed wrists/dark skin: this watch will NOT work for you. I have tattoos on my wrist. I've used Fitbit, Garmin, Google, Apple, and Amazfit. I've never come across a watch that won't work if it can't detect that it's on your wrist. To detect that it's on your wrist, it has to read your pulse/heart rate. I set the watch up correctly but notifications wouldn't work. After contacting Samsung, they informed me that if the watch cannot detect that you're wearing the watch - it won't send notifications to the watch. I'm used to watches not being able to detect my heart rate but I've never come across a watch that won't give me text notifications. Ridiculous. What if someone wants to use the watch for steps and notifications but not heart rate? Well, I guess Samsung doesn't make this watch for you. ... show more

This smartwatch works like a charm. There were NO problems setting everything up. Just make sure that you are using the current app. Also, the bracelet works perfectly - you just insert the extra section under the strap.
