I’ve had the Oura ring for almost a year now and would recommend if you’re looking for a wearable that balances tracking your sleep & recovery while also looking minimal. In the beginning, it took some time getting used to having it on my finger but after a month of wearing it consistently, I barely notice it and really love how simple and sleek it looks. It also charges very quickly, so if battery life is a concern, I’d say there are few moments where I am without it. I was initially drawn to the Oura ring as I didn’t want another screen in my life, and I find that it meets the exact criteria I was looking for. I have heard that its fitness tracking isn’t the most accurate in terms of tracking your calories burned or steps walked, but I don’t really use it so much for those purposes. If fitness tracking is critical, I’d do some more research on all the options available. However, if you’re more concerned about sleep, recovery, and stress metrics, I would say it does a great job at monitoring. ... show more

Love my Oura ring. I’ve had a great experience with it! I tried the ring at Best Buy for selecting a size and the fit was pretty good. Sometimes feel looser than other times, but that’s just fluid fluctuations. It does scratch somewhat easily, but still looks pretty good after 3 months, you just need to be careful. Water resistance and durability are pretty good, taken it to the beach, shower, gym, no issues. Setting up is easy on an iPhone. ... show more

I bought my ring on June 23rd 2025. It is now October 9th 2025. I have worn it pretty much every day since I got it. At first it lasted 4-5 days on a charge. Over the past couple of months that has been severely reduced. I now get maybe a day out of it max. If I do not put it on the charger every day, when I go to look at it it is dead. I tried to just put it on the charger every day when I shower, but I guess that's not enough to keep it charged. At this point, this thing is such a chore to keep charged, it i easier to go back to the ways I monitored my sleep and workouts in the past with older technology. I should throw it away, but I paid over $400 for it. I cant sell it because what am I supposed to do, tell people you have to charge it every 20 hours and that in another month you will have to charge it every 10 hours judging by the rate it has lost battery capacity so far. Its not scratched up, hasn't been abused, and I don't work near large magnets or anything. The media could not be loaded. I really enjoy oura ring 4, unfortunately after 7 months of usage, it stopped working. They need better materials for a ring that gets daily usage 24/7. It has one year of factory warranty, so I'm getting new replacement. It was easy process to get new ring from Oura. I recommend buying extra warranty from Amazon because you will want to use this ring 24/7 Take the ring off when you was your hand, wash dishes or go swimming. You can buy protector cover for the ring so it doesn't get scratch so much. ... show more

Definitely get the sizing kit before you buy it. After having it for many months, I can say with certainty that this thing RULES! Life changer. A few more things quick...first, I got the brushed stainless finish. Its beautiful and gets more beautiful as it ages, scratches and gets more and more beat up. Yes, I said MORE beautiful as it gets worn. So dont be afraid to wear it. Im a mechanic and its held strong. Second, I like wearing REAL watches. Not smart watches. This allows me to wear "real" watches and also have all the same functions a "smart watch" has, but on my finger. The app is wonderful. It costs money but its always being updated and its a legitimate health tracker. Ill gladly pay monthly if the developers keep making these great updates. I super duper recommend! I bought this ring mid-February 2025 along with the extended warranty. I just received my second replacement yesterday (end of November 2025). I really wanted to give it a 5 stars, but I cannot. I can’t comprehend why Oura Ring 4 has so many issues. I only use it for sleep and wear it during the day. I do not take a shower with it, nor do I wash dishes with it either. Seriously, I just received my 3rd ring in 9 months. The other 2 are useless (not connecting to the smart phone, not charging) that is why I contacted the help center of Oura Ring. I have to say that Customer Service is Amazing at Oura: they are quick to reply, analyze and provide a replacement after they checked if you are eligible. My 2 replacements rings arrived straight from the Netherlands in about a week later after their shipping date. I bought this ring to track my sleep patterns and heart rate, etc. When the ring works it is great and the app that goes with it is wonderful with clear stats. I just ended up buying another smart device to help me check my sleep patterns, etc. It is one of those things that I was so excited to have this ring until it failed, not just once, but twice. I would not recommend it now that I needed a second replacement. 3rd time might be the charm, I might not know much how long it will work as I plan to compare the results of the new ring and my other smart device by wearing them at the same time for couple nights. After that, the Oura ring will be in its box. I hate to give hard review, but this is my experience and I wanted to let you know about it and let you decide if it is something worth trying or not. ... show more
