Purchased in 2022. 2024 the part where the screen and keyboard meet broke and inside of screen contents fell out. Had asurion and they replaced the screen. Now the computer is not turning on. Sent back to asurion and they said its not fixable. So 2 years is the life of this computer.

I dislike that I'm going to have to ship it back since the keyboard doesn't work, I worked with Samsung support but they would have to put in a ticket to have it repaired I shouldn't have to have a new laptop repaired

I tried to save money and get a used one and I came with only the laptop. No adapter, no charger. Thankfully my phone charger is the same as the laptops but would've been nice to have its own charger.
