Like new! Arrived very well packaged. Included quick charger and S Pen. Beautiful display. Responsive touch screen. The S Pen works great. Fast! Great price for refurbished tablet that is like new. A few cons about this Samsung s7 fe tablet, for me. No USB port - I didnt think to verify it had a USB port. I just assumed it did. I had to order a C to USB adapter. Comes with a Travel Quick Charger, but the cable is way too short. I had to order s longer charging cable. There is no manual or quick start guide. Operation of this tablet was not intuitive for me. I found a great youtube video called “ Galaxy Tab S7 FE First 20 Tips and Tricks To Do!” which is really useful to help set up the tablet for such things as maximizing the battery, assigning side buttons for Power Off / Camera, optimizing Sound, auto-adding apps. to the home screen when they download and configuring as a desktop via Samsung DEX, just to name a few. I ordered this for hubby for Christmas. When he turned it on didn't want to work right. For some reason it was stuck in demo mode or something like that so I messaged the seller and they were very nice and helpful. They asked me to send it back for free and they would send me another one. And that's what happened. I got another one in about a week and it works perfect! Hubby loves it ... show more

El producto me llegó bien, realmente superó mis expectativas, yo lo uso para trabajo (aplicaciones de office), leer documentos, contenido multimedia, video llamadas, tomar notas y es más que suficiente, no he tenido problemas de respuesta, todo va muy fluido, para lo que yo hago no necesito más, la pantalla es muy grande más de lo que imagine pero a mi me gusta, si necesitas algo más portable si recomendaría una tablet de menos pulgadas y más pequeña por que incluso sostenerla con una mano a veces se complica, pero depende de las necesidades de cada persona, a mi me va bien. La batería es un punto fuerte, yo la cargo pasando 2 o 3 días, si le doy uso seguido consumiendo contenido multimedia sin descanso me ha durado al rededor de 8 a 10 horas. No he tenido ningún tipo de retraso ni lag en las cosas que hago, así que estoy contento con mi compra, la recomiendo 100% si tus necesidades son iguales que las mías ... show more

Right off the bat the screen had some sort of dead pixels going on, I took a picture of the main one, but there were multiple areas with it. We ordered the mystic pink tablet and going off the pictures I expected to get a pink pen as well. Nope, we received a black pen. Then it’s shown in the description and in other reviews that it comes with a charging block/adapter. We didn’t receive one. Not a huge deal but wanted to note. Worst of all is that our tablet didn’t even hold a charge. We tried multiple cords and multiple outlets but it just wouldn’t start charging. I’m just kind of confused on how this tablet got through inspections, if there is one? I understand this is refurbished and “good” quality, but I mean it’s legit unusable. We turned it on and it was at 12% so after it dies I would’ve spent $300 for nothing. I’m hoping it was just a dud and I do want to repurchase a different one, I am just a little wary after all of this. My girlfriend was so excited and this kind of ruined it all. ... show more
