Picture quality and refresh rate are amazing. The contrast on the picture between lights and darks is spectacular. The only problem is, the panel started to darken permanently in different areas and was getting progressively worse as time went on. This was 9 months into ownership with use mostly on the weekends when we were all home to enjoy some movies. I contacted amazon product support who in-turn put me in contact with Samsung product support, this was early/mid June 2023. Fast forward through 7 weeks of misery trying to get someone out here to repair the panel and its mid Aug 2023 with almost daily phone calls to Samsung for updates. They were unable to get someone out here to repair it so a refund was offered late July 2023 and after another 3.5 weeks of waiting for a truck to come pick this unit up, with almost daily phone calls yet again. I am scheduled to have it removed from my home this coming tuesday. On top of this, the refund process uses the USPS instead of using electronic communications, like the rest of the world, so it will be nearly September by the time I have my funds back due to processing time and other unnecessary red tape. I would NOT recommend this product due to the horrible experience and stress caused by a simple warranty request on the panel.

Using in theater gaming room. Great picture. This is a massive tv though. Make sure you have a solid wall mount and can sit a bit away from it. It’s sooo big.

This TV is phenomenol. I am still getting used to the 86" size. I even get a little vertigo when watching movies because of the diminished baseline for my peripheral vision. My suggestion to others when buying this is to always get the white glove delivery. They cam up to my house, unpackaged the TV, put the stand on, and placed in on my TV stand. Then they removed the packaging film and hauled away the box. I then turned it on in front of them and verified everything works. I then signed a document stating everything works. I see the one star reviews with this TV are almost always issues with damage. This will prevent this from happening. The delivery crew service was above and beyond for sure!

Not only were they friendly and prompt, they went above and beyond with this one. I Can NOT ask for a better delivery as well as the actual item. I have been through a rough series of time getting a tv that’s not broken or damaged. I saw this I jumped on it. And I’m glad I did because I Love this TV!!!! After close to 2 months using this tv. So, had a major issue w amazon on this order. However, management stepped in and made this buy really great. 4 stars due to excellence of picture and sound. The ui is s bit clunky and the remote is not super sturdy and does have some design issues, not a huge deal. There is a lot of software loaded that i will never use so meh on that. Delivery was a nightmare as I live in a rural (small town) setting. Be aware if you are buying a premium product like this if you reside far from large hub. Overall recommend highly but with 'disclaimer'

We purchased (3) of these to create a TV Wall. (2) of them are identical in color, the 3rd one is a little off. We can't get any of the settings to match the other 2. However, the sharpness and detail are great. Just don't put them in a row to use as a large screen. We are using them as computer monitors in a training room environment.

When we have meetings and we are throwing up a drawing on Teams or Zoom, you can be one of the few in the same room and pour around a laptop OR, shoot that drawing up on a massive TV. For the price, we are super happy. Samsung makes one of the best TV/monitors out there and as far as I can tell you, you can't go wrong. There are a few tricky things. - If you are looking for a stand, wall stands were abundant but we could not use one for the location needed has a window. The mobile stands get crazy expensive, but we still found one at a decent price. Note the weight of the tv, it is not terrible. - Ours is in our office, but we make concrete products and sometimes this material is brought in through shoes, clothing and what not. We ordered a cover as well. Not a lot of options when you get up to 86" but we found one for around $90 that also had a small pocket for the remote and weather suited for outdoor covering. Many people who walk through our office area ask how much; many swear they are buying one for home.
