I upgraded from a 2019 LG and the difference is huge. The OLED picture has true blacks, rich colors, and smooth motion, which is great for sports. Sound is better than expected for such a slim TV. Setup was easy, all my streaming apps worked on the first try, and most let me sign in with a QR code from my phone. Delivery was on time and well packaged. TV was left leaning at the garage door. We did not notice it until neighbor across the street called us at 5pm as we were at home all day. Neighbor said it was delivered sometime in the morning. It was delivered by UPS. We were under the impression it would be delivered to the room of our choice and included unpacking.
