Very easy to setup and get going. The picture is amazingly crisp and the refresh rate isnt "blurred" too much like most modern TV's. Big plus in my book. The game hub is very cool and allows me to play Starfield through my xbox account, where i was only playing on PC before. (Have to pay but worth it). The main menu for the Smart TV is similar to a fire stick but a bit harder to navigate. I have an extra fire stick if I ever decide it's too much but I don't mind it. Excellent t.v. This 75 inch 4k TV is much more crisp and clear than my previous 55 inch Samsung. Once I adjusted the brightness and picture setting to Dynamic, the tv cane to life. Football and sportimg events are unreal For under $900 you won't find a better 75" 4k tv. The whole TV is less than an inch thick. There's cable management slots on the back of tv. For the value of this television you get a good deal of available functions. The picture quality is amazing and is crystal clear and vibrate in color. Has a fast connection through wifi but it's even better when connected via ethernet cable. Remote control is rechargeable by a USB-C cable. Setup was easy, but did take a little while to go through all of the settings. Great value. Only downside I've seen so far is that straight out of the box i had 1 dead pixel (completelyblack), that is fine during the dark screens, but very noticeable on a white or light color.     • Love the TV, Hate the remote

The tv itself is very good. Lots of options to watch all your channels, streaming, accessories. The most aggravation comes from the remote. It is so extremely sensitive that even breathing hard near it changes the channel, puts up a random menu, or goes to the home screen. You have to start again to get back to where you are/were. If you are accustom to having the remote live on the couch with you, you will need to break that habit. It will change what you’re watching by just the lightest tap of your leg or hand. It is a small remote and easy to lose. So when you do accidentally change where you were, you have to start the search for the small remote. I’m afraid that all new Samsung TVs will have this new remote so it’s not just this TV. Like I said, the TV is great. Clear picture, syncs well to the sound bar, easy set up and lightweight. I ordered this Samsung 65" QLED for delivery on Sunday September 21, but I was notified on Monday September 15 that a delivery company would have it at my house before noon. I am currently having all the bedroom carpets ripped out and replaced with porcelain tile. The delivery company left my TV outside and was preparing to leave. I ran out and said to the driver that I had originally accepted the unpacking inside my house option. I said if you can't show me that it works, then take it back. After talking to their boss, it was agreed that they would unbox and demonstrate the TV would power on and all the pixels were active. It only took a couple of minutes to set-up and prove everything was working as expected. I took time to register and set-up all my apps. The TV automatically signed into my internet and all my apps worked perfectly. I am so happy everything turned out great today. The picture quality is noticeable better than my 1080P 55" 3D Samsung, which I paid $2800 for back in 2013. I have always purchased Samsung over the years and my trust in them remains strong. Easily the best smart tv for the price. Incredible picture, smooth connectivity, and only an inch thick!! It looks amazing and has a very clean footprint. Sound is fine but I use HomePods for the sound.

However, the box arrived torn and in very bad shape, which is concerning because the TV could have been damaged during shipping.
