I tried to "save time" by pre-assembling the water hoses to the T adapter. BAD idea! Doing that made it harder to screw in the T adapter. I was almost convinced that it was a hair smaller than the male receptor under the toilet. When I disassembled the hoses and actually followed the instructions, the T adapter went on perfectly. Then I attached the hoses. (Don't forget to properly seat the enclosed washer in the adaper first!) What should've been a 15 minute job took an hour and a half all because I took a "shortcut". The unit itself went on slightly off center only because of the toilets' design. It didn't make any difference to its function as the individual water sprayers worked perfectly, hitting the right spots. All in all, I highly recommend this bidet for its ease of installation (by not taking shortcuts) and its function. It looks great and is easy to clean. Ps...the cold water isn't as "bad" as you'd think 😉

Perfect when you don’t have electric behind toilet. As nice as electric with warm water functions, etc, this gets the job done and is easy to install and then transfer to another house later on.

I had another brand that lasted a year so I thought they were all alike but I’m glad the old one broke because this one is so good. I was worried about the water pressure shooting out and hurting me like the old one but this one is so easy to find the right pressure. Our water is cold this time of year so it comes out cold (which will wake you up) but I am so happy with this bidget and the price is good. Don’t hesitate to buy it but like I said, I’ve only had it a few days so will see about it in a week or two.

I bought the bidet months ago for another bathroom where it has been excellent. I decided to buy another, but ran into issues during the install. After spinning a few minutes wondering why this connector wouldn’t bite, I looked. The small end that is meant to connect to the supplied T isn’t threaded! I shouldn’t need to go spend an extra $6 (or perform a full return) to get the correct part needed to install!

In my last apartment I had the Toto version which used hot water, which I must admit was more pleasant, but there is no power source in my new toilet area, so this, which works on water pressure, is the best. It's simple and efficient, though cold. It's small and doesn't get in the way.
