Not knowing what to expect from a portable bidet, I found this one to work as advertised. I do have a few suggestions. The low power setting I found to be particularly useless, and might only be suitable for someone with extremely sensitive skin or as mentioned on the box for an infant. The higher power setting is adequate. But could use a little bit more power, particularly when used by an adult male. As such the extended Reservoir is pretty much I think a necessity. It is a little bit pricey at $20 for what is basically a plastic tube. The only other comment I have concerns The lack of a plug on the charging cable. While it’s true, that most people probably have several of these things lying about the house based on other appliances, phones, and tablets that they have purchased they sometimes are not easy to find. I had to use the plug from my tablet charging cable to charge the unit. It then took me a while to rummage through various drawers, cabinets and closets before I finally found an unused plug.     • Better than nothing
I have become a bidet evangelist after installing the Bio Bidet and Tushy at home (skip Tushy). My job requires a lot of travel so Iooked into travel bidets and settled on this one. I knew they wouldn't be as good as a plumbed unit but had some hope. Good 1-easy to pack 2-easy to charge 3-easy to fill and the watch reservoir is solid 4-wand is adjustable and using it isn't as awkward as I thought it might be Could be better 1-water capacity. Yes I know it's a travel device but you get about 15 seconds of spray. If everything has come out well, that's OK. If you are feeling the affects of 5 days of sales meetings and having some intestinal distress, this isn't enough to even get started. Then you're left with a wet ass you have to dry before you get to work with the crappy (pardon the pun) hotel TP. Your options are carry a picture of water and refill or go back to OG wiping. Summary Good for small jobs, bad for HD use. Doubling the water would make it decent but as is this is a 3 because of the price. If the price was 50% less it would be 4 stars. I'd love someone to offer a 3D printed double capacity reservoir, I'd buy one in an instance ... show more

    • Initial impressions
For context, US born and raised, not really into ocean travel. So when I was told the small cruise vessel I'd be spending the next week on may have a no TP flush policy, I immediately jumped into problem solving mode. I not only find it incredibly odd but technologically perplexing when air planes have flushed just fine for decades. It could suck a small child right off the toilet but a boat can't handle a little paper. That aside, my biggest issue is the reality of a can full of poo wads just siting there in your tiny cabin... If the motion sickness doesn't get you, the smell will. Being a bidet convert I figured this would be the solution. While I've never heard of BLAUX and the price was a little high, I am surprised to find the quality is pretty decent. It recharges with a special magnetic USB cord, which is both good and bad. Don't lose it! but also know you can charge it just like your phone. The design is about as good as it gets for such a device. It goes through an entire tank of water very quickly. Compared to a Toto: On high/power mode it is about 1 high power notch or 3 low power notches. It's clearly no match or replacement, but it will do the job. So initial pre-trip impressions - I am glad I found it. I plan putting it through it's paces and hope it's up to the task. I will report back after a week of heavy use. ... show more

    • Good Little Travel Bidet
I bought this Bidet to use in our RV travel. It works pretty good. We have 2 bidets installed on 2 of our toilets at our house. If you have that kind of bidet, do not expect to get that kind of clean but for a small travel unit it is pretty good. I suggest you go out to YouTube and watch how to use this unit before taking it on a trip. I do have to fill up the reservoir about 3 times to get clean which is not an issue - just make sure you use warm not hot water. I had a hard time figuring out how to open up the cleaning wand but after YouTube it was easy. I wish the pressure was stronger but again I am use to the heavy duty bidet. Most folks will find this fine. One thing don’t forget before leaving is the plastic reservoir and the charging cord. The charge lasts a good while but if you have power just take it. I forgot the plastic thing and could not use it. Learn from my mistake. I would recommend this unit to friends. ... show more

    • Works just above the minimum needed but it does the job.
It does the job. The extended water tank is a must. That is just about it. I wished it had batteries that you could swap out. Anything that relies on an internal non removable battery pack can leave you stranded if it decides no die on you. The recharging feature does work well. It could spray harder but given what it is I think it works well. The compact portion is clever and works well. I'm hard to please and I find it very acceptable. I would buy it again. ... show more

What a great idea, i wanted to love this but in reality it makes a bigger mess, water drops all over the place during and after use, I think 70 bucks was a bit steep for the amount of labor needed for one trip to the restroom unless you want it to look like pee dripped all over the seat, floor and sink(if it is near by) then it's fine but if you're like me I end up damn near cleaning the bathroom I couldn't imagine if I was at someone else's house or in public with some one waiting in line to go after you also the water runs out fast yet softly but it goes so quickly that you won't have enough to get all areas and if the sink is not within arms reach for refills your going to have to use tissue anyway, which kinda defeats the purpose plus your going to need something to dry off with as now your bottom area is wet and if you have on a fabric like rayon oh boy good luck, great idea for camping though but since you can find similar less expensive products than this one is overkill on the price vs hassle-free uses in my humble opinion ... show more
