I debated about buying this or a bidet accessory for the toilet. I am glad I made this choice. It is convenient and portable and gets the job done. It is sturdy and of good quality. I did buy the larger tank and glad I did. The smaller one doesn't seem to be enough except for a quick clean. I like that I can fill it with warm water so as not to be a shock to my nether regions with a cold blast from the toilet bidet. This will save alot on toilet paper. You come out feeling fresh. I may not shower for days because of this product.

July 2022. - I see they are now selling their proprietary charging cables separately for around $20.00. October 11, 2021- updating review from 5 to 1 stars. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. Neither the manufacturer not the Amazon seller have replacement cables available for purchase. If you lose the cable you have a worthless device. Buy a brand with a standard charging cable. Throwing mine away and picking another brand. I will not consider Blaux products in the future. From the seller: "We are sorry to inform your that we do not sell magnetic cables only for the BLAUX Electric Portable Bidet Sprayer, you can only have it by ordering a new BLAUX Electric Portable Bidet Sprayer as they come in one package. You can visit our Amazon store if you need one. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter." From the manufacturer: "Thanks for your reply. The spray nozzle can be removed and replaced. Additionally the removable noze can face either the front or the back based on your preference. This thing is so attractive to fill in a public restroom. Folks occasionally ask for information and I don't mind. I'm going to order an additional charging cable so I can keep one in my car. Now, here's the problem. The water chamber is slightly too small and I wish it held a small quantity more liquid. I love the higher speed, however, the low speed is barely worth the time. In short, this is a high priced product but is wonderful in the long run.

I had tried other portable bidets before because I felt that investing this much money into a portable bidet seemed excessive. After 3 other types, I finally broke down and bought this because nothing else was living up to expectations or hopes. Here's why I love this. 1) rechargeable matters. It makes a world of difference in something you will use frequently. 2) Soft AND strong water stream. Soft for front, strong for back and it does the job the way you need it to. Very pleased about the efficiency without painful water pressure. 3) Portable. Its not tiny -- you need some volume to hold a decent amount of water, after all but it is still small enough to not be obtrusive. When it is closed up, it only looks like a grey/black tube a bit longer than your hand and nothing noteworthy to observers. Very discrete. 4) Leakproof. Seriously. Doesn't leak. 5) Quiet. I don't know of any portable bidets that are noisy but if you are worried about sound, this one is whisper-quiet so it is all good. 6) Its attractive. It isn't ugly, bulky or weird looking. The design is pleasing to the eye and non-obtrusive making it alot less embarrassing to be found in the possession of. Would recommend.

Not knowing what to expect from a portable bidet, I found this one to work as advertised. I do have a few suggestions. The low power setting I found to be particularly useless, and might only be suitable for someone with extremely sensitive skin or as mentioned on the box for an infant. The higher power setting is adequate. But could use a little bit more power, particularly when used by an adult male. As such the extended Reservoir is pretty much I think a necessity. It is a little bit pricey at $20 for what is basically a plastic tube. The only other comment I have concerns The lack of a plug on the charging cable. While it’s true, that most people probably have several of these things lying about the house based on other appliances, phones, and tablets that they have purchased they sometimes are not easy to find. I had to use the plug from my tablet charging cable to charge the unit. It then took me a while to rummage through various drawers, cabinets and closets before I finally found an unused plug. I don’t think It would be out of line to include a plug with the unit.

I have become a bidet evangelist after installing the Bio Bidet and Tushy at home (skip Tushy). My job requires a lot of travel so Iooked into travel bidets and settled on this one. I knew they wouldn't be as good as a plumbed unit but had some hope. Good 1-easy to pack 2-easy to charge 3-easy to fill and the watch reservoir is solid 4-wand is adjustable and using it isn't as awkward as I thought it might be Could be better 1-water capacity. Yes I know it's a travel device but you get about 15 seconds of spray. If everything has come out well, that's OK. If you are feeling the affects of 5 days of sales meetings and having some intestinal distress, this isn't enough to even get started. Then you're left with a wet ass you have to dry before you get to work with the crappy (pardon the pun) hotel TP. Your options are carry a picture of water and refill or go back to OG wiping. Summary Good for small jobs, bad for HD use. Doubling the water would make it decent but as is this is a 3 because of the price. If the price was 50% less it would be 4 stars. I'd love someone to offer a 3D printed double capacity reservoir, I'd buy one in an instance

OK. Let me be clear. This product is well built, well designed, and very easy to use. The nozzle will attach in either direction, and it does not leak. If your refilling it, make sure to clear it before reattaching the water reservoir so the pressure doesn't push out the water already in the machine. It is portable, compact, and easy to pack. It is meant for away from home use, really. You can use it at home just fine, but it isn't as strong as a home version. I have bidet attachments on my toilets at home, and use this every day I am at work. You must have reasonable expectations about water pressure, and cleaning ability. That being said, it has more than enough water pressure to do the job. Some times it take more than one fill up to get clean. It's performance depends on a number of factors, including technique. I waited several months since purchasing this item to really get to know it, and i HIGHLY recommend it. It is quiet, and with two pressure settings, quite effective and comfortable. It holds its charge well, and lasts a couple weeks with daily use. I would not like to travel without it. I would recommend it to anyone, and most certainly would buy it again.

I switched to a bidet at home years ago and now find the idea of using wads of paper to clean up disturbing ;-). The problem is- how to get that clean, fresh feeling while traveling? This Blaux portable bidet is the answer! It is light, convenient and easy to use to get you clean. The magnetic connector makes it waterproof but you just need to remember to bring that special cable as a normal USB cable won't work. Also, be aware that the LED light doesn't quite make sense; Red for charging and no light (but still plugged in) when done charging. Overall, a really nice product and I'm excited to use it on my next trip!

Okay so I've owned portable bidets for many years. My last one broke after 5 years of loyal service so I decided to try out the Blaux. I'm not happy with it and I plan to buy another one from a different company. Please refer to my pictures. The first problem is that they have a proprietary cable. I can't understand why a business would make a decision like this other than to make more money. If you lose this cable you have to go to their website and order their cable which means you can't just easily pick one up if you lose it while you're traveling. It also means you have to remember to pack an extra cable. Every other portable bidet I have ever owned just uses one of the various types of standard USB cables. Why didn't Blaux? The other problem I have is that the spray nozzle is on the wrong side of the extender arm. The only way to spray your bottom is to have the arm fully extended which means you have to hold it straight behind you pretty much and that's problematic because usually the back part of the toilet is there. Most portable bidets I have purchased have the spray nozzle on the side of the extender arm instead of the top. This means you can turn the arm at various different angles and get easier access. Much better. Blaux made this portable bidet look nicer than some others but they obviously didn't care about comfort and convenience of their clients.
