Overall this is a sweet bike that provides great performance. I opted for the 2 battery model so I could go farther on a single charge. I have been able to go 35+ miles using the throttle only on the 2-battery model. It's also fast like a top-of-the-line Super 73 but half the price. It's a pretty heavy bike with both the batteries and the motor but that is to be expected. The suspension feels solid and it rides really nice. The company has provided me with excellent customer service. I had some delivery issues due to the courier and they made sure everything worked out. They also answered my questions pretty quickly and overall have been great. Some clarifications that I was curious about when I was buying: - The batteries have to be charged directly, there isn't wiring so that the batteries can charge off of a single port. - It only comes with one charger for the two battery models, this should probably change so buyers of the 2 battery model receive 2 chargers to facilitate simultaneous charging of the batteries. - The 2-battery model doesn't come with the basket that is in the middle section. The picture on the product page is of a modified version of the bike. - The 2-battery version can be operated with only 1 battery but it is not advised since the upgraded motor will cause more ware on the battery if only one is used. ... show more

I HAVE HAD MY BIKE FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 MONTHS NOW, I HAVE RIDDEN JUST OVER 300 MILES AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE TO BUY THIS BIKE! I HAD DECIDED A FEW MONTHS AGO I WANTED TO UPGRADE TO FROM THE BINTELLI FUSION THAT I HAD BEEN RIDING. I MADE A LIST OF THE THE FEATURES THAT I WANTED. FULL SUSPENSION, DUAL BATTERIES AND DUAL MOTORS, AND SOMETHING THAT WENT AT LEAST 35 MPH. AFTER LOOKING AT COUNTLESS BIKES THE PILOT M20 SEEMED TO OFFER THE BEST VALUE AS MOST BIKES WITH SIMILAR SPECS WERE QUITE A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE. I READ ENOUGH POSITIVE REVIEWS TO FINALLY PULL THE TRIGGER ON BUYING THE BIKE AND I COULDNT POSSIBLY BE HAPPIER WITH MY CHOICE. THIS BIKE IS A BLAST TO RIDE! IT IS FAST AND POWERFUL AND THE DUAL BATTERIES HAVE REMOVED ANY CONCERN ABOUT RUNNING OUT OF POWER IF I WERE TO EXTEND MY RIDE FOR WHATEVER REASON.     • This bike is incredible!!
So after some shipping issues which there was a small dent in the fender due to FedEx being terrible, I assembled the bike. I’m on an island and I’m a traveling chef which has used the one wheel to commute. As I’ve gotten old I wanted to buy my first E-Bike. After consideration I went with this bike and it’s potentially the best thing I’ve ever purchased. So fun to ride, fast, off-road terrain feels like butter(smooth)! Assembly is fairly easy it’s nice if you have someone to hold the handlebars while you put the wheel on I didn’t. I know there is not that many reviews because the bike is fairly new so I wanted to make sure to leave one which I have never done on a product. Enjoy and press buy now!!!     • Horrible customer service
One of the two batteries was faulty. The seller kept asking for more and more information, often twice for the same thing after I provided the info/pictures requested. After four weeks of back and forth, SAMEBIKE (Kate) stated they would send me a replacement battery. A few days later, they went back on their work and asked for additional pics, claiming they didn't know the model number which I already sent them. The customer service is negative 3. The bike itself is a 4, so that equates to a one star. This is a decent bike but you have to pray you don't have any problems. Also, beware that you will have to pay hundreds in shipping if you return the bike; otherwise, I would have already sent the bike back. ... show more

    • Some minor changes needed
Upgraded to this bike from a old hardtail trail bike in hopes of being able to climb hills better and have better rear suspension. Its not exactly the best for that but not horrible. CON-Rear suspension: not the greatest for going over big rocks or roots but if your just going on gravely or slightly bumpy dirt paths, it’s perfect for that. CON- No chain guard: for a bike advertised to be a off-road bike, it needs to have a guard to prevent the chain from bouncing off the gear, but it does not! I was biking a trail and went over a medium sized rock and it popped right off. It’s easy to put back on the track though but still should have a guard. You can go to a bike shop and have one put on im sure. I did it manually. CON- squeaky front break: when using the front break going slowly (~5mph) it sounds like a elephant/airhorn. Doesnt happen when breaking at a faster speed. Only happens to front break CON- accelerates pretty quickly but its not too bad, the control panel is a little odd because the +/- PAS buttons are far. Also powering it on is really annoying because the two power buttons and i still have no clue how to turn it on i just press and hold both then press each one and after 20 seconds it turns on PRO- amazing battery life: went 30 miles (half slightly uphill/half slightly downhill) on PAS 2 or 3 whole way and it barely went down 1/5 of its battery. (I weight 135lbs), never have to worry about it dying on you PRO- comfortable handles: everything is pretty easily adjustable and i like the handlebars a lot, help wrist support PRO- amazing at cruising long distances: very comfortable ride and can keep a steady speed very well!
