Much better than the traditional knife kits that hold equipment. It can carry the knife kit plus most of your baking equipment as well. One of the great parts is the extra carry case that comes inside the backpack. Great to take only what you need into the culinary classroom or on the work site. Not a flimsy bag at all, comfortable wear, good looking, and such a good buy!

My husband is a personal chef and carries a lot of his own equipment with him. He has had multiple bags over the few years, this one has been his favorite! The fact that it was a backpack, he was a little worried that he wasn’t gonna be able to fit everything. But this backpack has a TON of storage.

As a culinary student, I am always in search of the best bag for books and my knife kit. The separate bag for knives and accessories is perfect for classes where space is limited and the ability to take 1 bag vice 2 or 3 is great. Bag is large, but I don't mind.
