I purchased the Saloniture message table several months ago. Love its portability and sturdiness, however after some use the headrest lock failed. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent instructions on how to fix it and to contact them if the problem continued. I was unable to rectify the issue and notified the seller. They immediately said they would send out a new headrest without any hesitation or cost on my part. Several days later FedEx delivered a new mechanism and headrest to my residence. I haven’t had a customer service experience like this in years, they stand behind their product! My wife was having eye surgery and recovery required her to be face down for 2 weeks 99% of the time. So, I bought this table for her. I ended up also buying a memory foam mattress topper to go with it. The table seems pretty sturdy. My wife only weighs 100lbs, so not really a good test. I weigh 235 and it seemed to hold me fine. We ended up not using the face cushion that fits in the end of the table. The plastic rails were a bit bendy and she couldn't find a good position. It does have a face cutout with its own "plug" that removes easily, near one end of the table. Since my wife is only 4'11", this worked best for her. I don't know if this would hold up to professional use, as the cover is vinyl and is held on with big staples in the back. But the legs and tensioning cables seemed solid. Thank you, Amazon, for sending me more detailed written instructions on installing the headrest! It worked! Note to all: TURN the lever like a screw while holding the other end to tighten it THE FIRST TIME, then snap into place. Voila! Very comfortable pad, sturdy table!

Honestly super super happy, this came fast and is super sturdy/great quality for the price. I am using this for eyelash extensions and love how comfy and big it is. I had my boy friend ( 6’4” 200 lbs ) test it and he fit just fine. 10/10

The table arrived with a cracked headrest base (shipping happens). Contacted the seller right after unpacking the box and they got back to me within the hour to tell me they were shipping a new headrest base no questions asked. This table is much nicer than the price would make you believe, mine doesn't creek or squeak at all. It's quite light and it doesn't scratch the floor when moving it. It also just looks nice, I use black linens for more modesty and the light colored natural wood frame just lightens up the mood. Money well spent. ... show more

I am using my table for reiki in a small yoga studio. I have limited space, so I can’t leave it set up. Fortunately it is VERY easy to fold up, and fully packed, it is relatively small. Honestly I really do love my table, it's great for my Reiki business however my carry bag came ripped & my table scratched 😔 It's alot of money to have it arrive this way & I'm not happy with how it arrived. I'd really love a new carry case, bc I can see this one will most likely get worse over time 😔 However I still Gave 4 stars 🌟 bc I do love the table. It seems pretty sturdy. I've had someone who's 170 on it with no issues at all. It's super comfy & roomy enough for my clients & my crystals 🥰 overall great product!
