Boxes came days apart from each other. Customer service was great on providing the tracking number. However mildly inconvenient. The directions are horrible but common sense and a little muscle go a long way. Definitely a 2 person job to put together. But my customers love it, it’s comfortable, sturdy and easy to use.

I am very disappointed with the way assembly instructions were and with the fact that they replace certain parts and didn’t update the assembly instructions. So I have one of those chairs that I bought 5 years ago. Now I needed 3 more. My partner had PTSD from outing together the firsts one 5 years ago. But we have to do it. So since then they replaced spring (instead of it been like a cloth pin on. They have coil spring) they attached 2 nuts and u some how magically suppose to connect it. They r right u can just snapped it there. But instructions still have original spring there so we couldn’t figure out what the hell is going one. On top of that there is no bolts or anything to use to connect that spring. So we had to go to hone depot and just figure some bolts washers and nuts. So.... springs are different length so until u put it together wrong. U don’t know how to get it right... see the picture of the bolts. So we did it. And tension on springs as so strong that bolts are banding.... I just would hope that those spring wouldn’t snap at some point. On top of it they lock in place pretty badly. So if u have to move the entire chair u need at least to people because it’s keep spinning. We gave it 3 starts only because of the 1-look, 2-price, 3-hopefully if will do it’s job and don’t break.

The media could not be loaded. Item arrived damaged! Waited to put bed together after I got floors installed. As I’m putting the back piece together I noticed a screw wouldn't go all the way down into the back piece of the bed and the cradle has need dented in! 10days passed the return window and hate I cannot get replacement or send item back

The chair is sturdy and works well for the price. The instructions could have been a bit more clear as we had to redo a few steps, however I would recommend this product if you are looking for a good value!

Where are the instruction? Pulled up YouTube and it so unclear. Not so hard to put together but it’s the little things like the spring, the tiniest black metal that suppose to be hammered in before bed it placed on top, is that suppose to be hammered in all the way,m? half way? Can it Be squeezed together before hammering it in? Please make a video that is a little more clear.
