I've been using this steamer for about 2 months now. So far, it's been great. Steam is powerful, plentiful, and fast to heat up. The water tank is nice and big so it's rare to run out inconveniently if you check it on occasion.

Had another brand sent back doe to height of hangar. This one height is great . Well made sturdy compared to other . Large diameter hose large reservoir . Foot pedal nice to activate. Cost a bit more than some on amazon but appears to be you get what you pay for .

This steamer is a great tool to have. I used this for 30+ 108 in tablecloths for an event. It steamed them well and did not take tons of effort. It gets really hot and works quickly. I do wish the tube was longer or on the front of the steamer for better range of movement on larger items. Other than than, it is a great product.

The first time I used this steamer I considered returning it as it seemed only marginally better than the steamer it was suppose to replace (handheld). It wasn’t until we had a wedding to attend that the value in having the items hung above the steamer and needing to used the machine longer did it really show it’s value. It works as advertised, removing wrinkles quickly and effortlessly- If you are only using it for occasional uses, I would use a smaller handheld as this does take up a bit of space, however if you have multiple items frequently needing steamed, this will make your life much easier.

I thought the steamer was easy to use and it worked great as far as taking wrinkles out. I would have loved it more if the hose was detachable and had a longer attachment for reaching higher areas. I was steaming my curtains and was not able to reach the hose to cover the top. I had to switch to a hand steamer. All in all if you are steaming clothing and bedding this works great. I'm happy I purchased it.

Just purchased this and when I compared with my old one, the hose is about 3 times the size. The volume of steam is really nice and the wrinkles disappear easily from my clothes. I really like the slim profile. We will see how long this one holds up but I have already dropped the nozzle and it seems to be doing just fine. oh and I like that it spins so you don't have to remove your shirts or go around the back to steam.
