Works great so far! Took a nice new dress shirt from a folded pack and within about 1.5 minutes , it had no wrinkles. Heavy duty hose for sure. Light weight and it rolls around . This will sure beat the ironing . Could have made the top part where you hand the close a little more secure but other than that, it’s a time saver.

So far so good but it has a single pole instead of a double pole like the older style we had. Hope it will last as long as our older model. The wife appears to be happy with it. The steam tube appears to be of much higher quality than the older model. It heats up fast. Weight does not appear to be a problem. It assembles in a couple of minutes. Straight forward design but does not feel as a heavy duty smart commercial steamer. It's too light for that.

I wanted to like it but the amount of steam is weak when compared to its competitors. Prior to this one, I owned a Steamfast SF562, that put out a good amount of steam, but broke within the first year (and we were light users, never steamed a lot at a time, always use distilled water)... so I was disappointed to get a more expensive option that has less steam. So third time the charm: I decided to spend $200 more, and got a Jiffy. Problem solved.
