I bought this small chainsaw about 6 months ago for light cutting of branches and brush around the yard with the hope that it could handle some tasks more easily than could be done with large lopping shears or hand saws. I have had occasion to use it several times since purchase and have, each time, been pleased at how well such a small electric saw has handled the tasks at hand. It cuts smaller branches rapidly and with ease since it has good power and cutting speed. Just today, we had a very large branch come down due to age and wind. It is clearly large enough to require professional removal by an arborist. But, the end section of the branch was smaller in size (4" - 5" thickness) and had fallen in such a way as to create a problem across our driveway. I decided to see if this saw could handle this section for me . . . . .and it did so with ease. I did not try to cut through the full thickness of the branch, but easily cut about 2" into it on one side and then did the same from the other side. This left a small piece in the middle to be cut and my Saker saw cut that away with ease - problem solved. Don't be fooled by the term "mini" electric saw. Yes, it's a small saw for small jobs, but it functions with easy handling and excellent power for many types and sizes of yard brush and trees. It's a saw that outperforms what one might expect of a saw at this very modest price. I only wish that I had bought it with a carrying case for ease of storage and transport, but that was my error of judgment. The saw performs fully as well as advertised. Would I buy it again if I had it to do over? Absolutely!

I wasn’t expecting much at this price, but this mini chainsaw really surprised me. It’s much stronger than I imagined and handled every branch I threw at it in my backyard. From small limbs to thicker branches, it cut through everything smoothly. The battery charge lasts a long time, which makes the work go faster without constant recharging. For the price and performance, this is an easy recommendation.

I’ve been wanting one of these mini chainsaws for a while after watching my nephew use his Stihl. I loved the idea of having something powerful but not oversized. This one is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to wrestle with a full-size chainsaw. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and ideal for small projects like trimming limbs, cutting back brush, or quick yard cleanup. It has plenty of power for its size and feels manageable, even if you don’t have a lot of upper body strength. This is a replacement saw for my original, bought a few years ago. That one stopped working over this last winter. The original batteries work well with this although the newer battery is slightly longer. It works well for small branches up to about 3" . I did transfer the 6" bar and chain from the old saw to the new one and it works fine. I didn't realize this was only a 4" saw when I placed the order. Verify the size when ordering.

My review of a surprisingly effective chainsaw. This hand chain saw is a power house. I recently put this chain saw to the test on my land, and I am genuinely impressed. This little power house excelled at clearing tree branches, making a task I have been dreading manageable. Right out of the box, its compact size might make you wonder, but don’t let that fool you. The Saker mini chainsaw packs a serious punch! It sliced through varies beach sizes with surprising ease and efficiency, making quick work of what would have been hours hours of tedious manual labor. It felt surprisingly powerful for such a small tool, tackling cuts I thought would require a much larger gas powered saw. Beyond its cutting ability, I really appreciate its lightweight design and easy maneuverability. This made it comfortable to use for extended periods without fatigue, allowing me to clear a significant amount of branches in one go. Plus, being electric, it's much quieter and less messy than a gas chainsaw, which is a huge bonus for home use. After multiple attempts at applying the screen protector I gave up as there was lint on the stick side so it was of no use to me. The screen guard worked as detailed in the description. I can not send back as the screen protector is essentially destroyed. Will not buy again from this vendor.

This produce worked well cutting tree limbs and small bushes. Then I took it apart when it jammed up with weeds and it's never been quite as good since. Still works, but I couldn't get the blade guard back on.
