Even though it seems like most people would buy this only thinking of their T.V. I figured why not use it for my PC/LAPTOPS….. Boy I boy am I happy 😁 I act on that thought. In my setting I have things in the corner of the room, I have no clue if that plays a part in this being LOUD beyond my expectations. Day 1 I had to test the volume w/clarity. So far I am still amazed at how the audio quality(clarity) seemed to improve the louder I made it. That is no mean as if the audio was bad or fairly decent to start off. I decided to get a new soundbar for a 65 inch flatscreen TV that we use mainly for XBox, Nintendo and some Apple TV gaming and watching. I knew I needed a soundbar that can be mounted underneath the TV on the wall and that I need to be able to use the optical output from the TV. From experience with the previous soundbar I knew that the optical cable doesn’t like it to get bent all to much … therefore I was looking for a connector coming out on the side, not at the back. I decided to get the 2-piece set with the subwoofer and I can report that everything was installed quickly, the optical cable does not get bent at all because it’s coming out on the side together with the cable to connect to the subwoofer that I decided to put on the floor. The end result is an astonishingly rich, clear sound and powerful bass. My wife asked me why I put this speaker on the TV in the game room, not on the one in our bedroom … will be happy to buy another one. ... show more

Call an independent reviewer down here in Largo florida. Needed a small soundbar for my mom's 32-in QLED in the living room. This little sound bar fit perfectly with the sound of a bar twice its size. I ordered the one without a subwoofer as she did not need it, but it produces enough low end frequency that she did not need it, (bar is ported). Remote control works fine, and for me, it's no big deal that I have to use it to control the bar, and and the only modern drawback I found was you just have to listen for the sound as there are no numbers or dots. No big deal. Volume wise, it's nearly as loud as my JBL that was almost 6 times the price. Used the optical connection and just changed one setting on the tv. It fired right up. I was surprised on the sound quality it has. I figured it would be good enough to watch tv with, especially for the price, so I wasn’t expecting to much out of it. Decided to order another one for the downstairs area too. Definitely worth it.

Well designed and fits my computer desk very well. However for $50 you get what you pay for. The sound quality is definitely good for the price but is not what you would get out of a more robust system that costs more money. So if you just need noise, this unit will work.

For some reason I had an issue trying to connect the OPT cable into my TV and the sound bar itself, the cable just wouldn't go into either slot. I used the AUX cable instead and it worked perfectly. I was extremely impressed with the sound quality after connecting the cable and selecting the correct input setting. The sound quality from my TV speakers were terrible and made it difficult to watch programs because of the sound distortion coming from the TV speakers, but now the sound is perfectly clear and clean.
