Our daughter LOVES the Harry Potter Magical minis. We got her the castle for Christmas 2021 and this past year added all the fun “classrooms”. What the castle needs though is another tower, because if you purchase all the classrooms there are too many to fit in the spaces provided. *if you’re reading this Magical Minis makers-think about creating another tower, and how ALL the rooms would fit in them.* Overall it’s a fun toy for any Harry Potter fan, and if you can get it on sale-even better!

I love this castle! It’s a really nice affordable Hogwarts playset/display for the Magical Minis figures, although it would honestly be great for any Harry Potter figures. I love that you get the great hall and Gryffindor tower and then can place the other rooms where you want them. Moaning Myrtle’s bathroom is a nice inclusion too. I would recommend buying the other playsets that go along with this castle to complete the set and fill the dungeons and tower. I do wonder if they’ll expand this Hogwarts with a companion building as I now have too many rooms and not enough slots.

So overall I love the concept of this set. I also dont mind that there are additional sets you need to buy to complete this. Here’s what I do mind, for the price the plastic is a little thin and one wrong move and theres a couple of spots that will snap in half. The center of gravity is terrible with the big heads. The figures do not stand up on their own. And when sitting they fall over. Also, I feel like the sets were poorly planned Each set comes with a different combination of figures. And if you want all the figures, you may end up with like 4 Hermoines and 1 dumbledore. The only dumbledore, mcgonagal, and snape I can find come in a set with Harry, hermoine, And Ron and my son already has those. I did find some listed individually on other sites but for outrageous prices. This set goes up and down in price by as much as $30 difference. Sometimes its listed at $70 and it definitely is not worth that. I paid $50 And even that seems a little high for the quality.
