Only reason for my 4star rating instead of 5 is because of the missing crystal! Please help! I’m very happy with this chandelier. The assembly was time consuming, but the instructions were clear and easy. I knew before purchasing the chandelier that there was assembly. My bedroom is 15 x 18 , and I feel the chandelier fits the room size.

The chandelier is beautiful but the instructions were horrible so I looked up a video on YouTube and it’s lacking too. The installation video should be updated. I was given 3 out of 4 screws needed to screw into the ceiling. And the screws were not long enough. Although the chandelier is beautiful was so much work to but together. The nightmare came when I had to screw the cap to the ceiling. Overall I am pleased with the outcome but I must be honest, while going through, I was wondering if it was worth it. ... show more

I bought this beautiful chandelier in 2022. Since me & my husband are in the process of building our home I’m just now getting around to putting it together. While I was putting it together I broke one of the branch glass bowls. I have been trying to get in touch with Saint Mossi to get another one with no luck.
