Show stopper! Truly beautiful. High quality crystals. Gives good light and dresses up the space. Packaged in a way where nothing was broken. It came with a few extra pieces in case there is an issue. The media could not be loaded. This chandelier looks great and serves as the perfect addition for my dining room. I did hire an electrician to hang the light and this is certainly a two person project for hanging and leveling. However, adding the crystals can be accomplished by one person with a bit of patience. Once the chandelier was installed, hanging the crystals was relatively simple. I love how the light cascades through without being too bright. Very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

Great looking, well built fixture. Takes some time to assemble it (individual hanging crystal pieces need to be attached to the fixture). Its a good deal though and unlike alot of other new LED fixtures, this one has replacable bulbs.

I have had this lighting fixture in my kitchen island for almost two year now. It still looks and works great. Dealing with the seller was great they are very responsive. I reported a broken part and they immediately shipped it at no additional cost via DHL within a week.

    • Spent an entire day to realize that light fixture is faulty

The product looks good after unpacking but it was such a bad luck installing this fixture. It toasted 2 of my dimmer switches during the process. I initially thought that may be the dimmer switches were at fault. But then when i tried it with the regular switch, the circuit breaker tripped. So i thought may be the wiring is the issue and i brought the wires out and insulated them very well using the tape. Still heard the fuzzing sound and circuit breaker tripped. Then i finally tried testing 1 bulb at a time and realized that one of the bulb holder/socket is tripping the circuit breaker. Rest all of the bulb sockets work fine. I am so angry that i had to spend an entire day on this stupid fixture. P.S: All of the bulbs are 8W LED. ——————————— Edit ——————————— Even though one of the bulb socket was faulty i still did not return the fixture and instead fixed the socket issue by myself. The issue was that the hanging metal terminal in the bulb socket, that touches the bulbs bottom surface, was completely flat pressed and was touching the circular pins at the socket. This shorted the light fixture and toasted my dimmer switches. The way i fixed this is simple. I lifted the hanging pin slightly up by using a screwdriver.
