I love the neutral colors, style and the practicality of the polypropylene. It really matches our decor. Within the last two years, we purchased and disposed of a large, very expensive rug from Restoration Hardware and a large viscose rug. Our puppy urinated on these rugs. The viscose rug, as we learned, was useless with a simple water spill. Our rug from RH was linen and viscous. Both were stupid purchases. We have a large open concept with laminate floors which really needs the warmth and sound absorption of rugs. I could not be more happy with our choice. I looked at hundreds of rugs. This is a soft fiber that is durable and cleans well. I just need one more for our living area!

We ordered another rug for our living room, and sent it back, because the pattern was so busy it distracted from the beautiful fireplace in the room. I bring this up, because we were able to compare that rug with this one, and what a difference. The pattern and colors - greige (gray/beige), cream and a hint of blue is more subtle, without the washed out, vintage worn look that a lot of the rugs we viewed have. The weave on this rug is more dense and soft than the first rug we purchased (we know this from not only looking and walking on it, but by the weight). And the price, what a deal! We have a really expensive ($800) rug we purchased 20 years ago in another room, and this Safavieh is comparable to that one in both aesthetics and quality. Also, this rug came rolled up, and we've had no issues with creases and odor that some people complain about rugs that ship (the first one we ordered came folded with creases. Just love this rug! I would definitely recommend, and purchase another.

I adore this rug. The colors are fantastic! It is everything I expected and more. We purchased two of these, one for the living room and one for the dining room. I got a very nice pad to go underneath them. It is plush and comfortable and beautiful. I highly recommend this rug. I don't know about people complaining about fold lines or smells. It smelled like a new rug to me and nothing unusual. The fold marks and curls relaxed after the second day and as you can see by the photos I'm attaching, this rug is incredibly attractive. I imagine it would go with most decor and it's certainly hides pet hair wonderfully. I have a Golden Retriever and a Black Lab and I don't see either color blended in with this carpet.

This rug is prettier than I actually imagined it would be. Sometimes the pictures can be a little off, but this one is pretty close to the picture and I love the blue tone in the flower side of it. The size is true and it really is pretty straight with no crooked seams. It arrived well packaged and came very quickly. This rug is so large that we placed it in our bedroom and put our king bed on top of it but still have lots of coverage on each side of the bed and at the end. Great rug.

I was so excited to receive this rug, arrived a day early! It was folded and carefully packaged in heavy duty reinforced packing paper and securely taped. Some reviewers said their rug arrived rolled, so initially I was concerned that mine would be creased. I unwrapped it and re-rolled it and left it for a few hours and that seemed to ease any creasing. The rug is very soft and the color palette is muted and lovely: grey background, taupe border, cream accents and pops of blue. I think the sheen and colors allow the rug to adapt to the colors around it; in my case, the taupe border really stands out and blends wonderfully with my taupe upholstered bed and “greige” walls. As other reviewers have noted, the grey background has some blue tones, and the pops of blue are more of a slate blue rather than navy. It does have that “new carpet” smell but I expect that to dissipate in a few days. Overall so very pleased and I think this rug will be durable, easy to clean, and pet-friendly.

This rug is exactly as shown in the picture. Nice subtle colors with a little pop of teal. It was very flat after unrolling it, so I vacuumed it immediately to lift the pile. After a couple of weeks and several more vacuumings, it has a nice thickness, but not overly plush. Which is exactly what I wanted for the dining room. I also purchased a non-skid pad for underneath. I am very happy with the quality and beauty of this rug.

I bought this rug for my living room I bought the 9 x 12 and I absolutely loved it! I did buy a pad with a rubber back to put underneath so it didn’t slide on my wood floors and it works perfect. It was delivered rolled up and only took a day to flatted out, some smell when first opened turned on ceiling fan and was gone within 2 hours.

I wasn't certain how true to color the 9x12 would actually be compared to the pictures, but I was happily surprised. The gray and beige colors are light and go beautifully together while the pop of greyish blue in the flowers makes this rug just a perfect base for out new light grey furniture set. We went through a couple samples before deciding on this one and are so happy with it. The 9x12 is just a perfect size to make the room cozy while still showing off our wood floors. Would definitely recommend.
